My room is quiet even though I was staying in dorm. The place is also so clean and staff are really accommodating. I will definitely book again when I visit sapporo again.

They are dishonest!

I called the hotel from Narita Airport to let them know that our flight was canceled and Jetstar Airlines couldn't accommodate us till a day after tomorrow. A lady with accent told me that it will be refunded. However I still got charged.

I’d stay at the Stay again!

The Stay was in a good location in the city, especially for watching the snow festival. The breakfast is pretty good and reasonable for ¥500
