The hotel was centrally located in Susukino. It was in walking distance to Tanukikoji and Nijo market. Also the subway was closeby. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and new. Would recommend this hotel!

Room was top-notch, clean and a bit more spacious than I thought it would be. What really stood out for me was the cafe in the main lobby. The cafe just had a bunch of really really, and I mean really nice food/snack items you cant find anywhere around the area unless you know where to shop. Overall - excellent.

Definetly recommend

I had to wait about 20 minutes to check in because of the large number of people. There were only two people at the front desk and one person to manage the waiting list and the left baggage room. The system worked well, and we could sit down and wait our turn instead of standing in line with our baggage. It is a great location and very convenient.

Very rude reception name - Rina Saito

There is no free shuttle bus to skii resort, have to pay for the shuttle bus ,when check out the reception was really rude and ask for extra money cause we check out around 1120am, and reject help us to call taxi during a snowy day. Paid for 1650Yen for the late checkout yet did not get any official receipt for my payment. Truly one of the worst hotel and service provided.

すすきのの繁華街から1本外れますが、周りに食べるところがいっぱいあり、特に近くの餃子屋さんがおいしかったです。地下鉄駅からも徒歩5分くらいですし行動もしやすく、施設も新しくきれいなので安心して泊まれました。
