The unit was clean, and modern. Neighborhood was great, close (but not too close) to restaurants and places of interest like Nijo fish market. Some things that can use improvement: 1. Shelving for clothes. 2. Proper nightstands by the bed. Other than those items, the place worked very well for our stay.

The location was excellent, with many restaurants nearby, and we were able to fully enjoy Hokkaido. The room was also very clean.

この度は宿泊させていただきありがとうございました。快適に滞在させていただきましたが、今後さらに素晴らしい宿となることを願い、いくつか感じた点を共有させていただきます。 1. 今回は連泊でしたが、タオルセットが1組のみのご用意でした。一般的には連泊の場合、複数セットのご用意があることが多いため、改善いただけますと幸いです。 2. また、そのタオルから生乾きのような匂いがした点は少し気になりました。清潔感が大切な部分かと思いますので、ご参考になればと思います。 3. エントランスの番号表記についてですが、チェックインコードと同じ表記になっていると、より分かりやすく安心して利用できると感じました。 4. お部屋にUSB端子が設置されていなかった点も、現代の宿泊施設では多く備え付けられておりますので、導入されると利便性が高まるかと思います。 いずれも小さな点ではございますが、今後のサービス向上の一助となれば幸いです。ありがとうございました。

マラソンでの利用

北海道マラソン参加をメインで友人と利用しました 清潔で洗濯機などもちゃんとしててとても良かったです マラソンの日を挟み高額でしたのでなんともですが、通常料金が高くなければ最高だと思います

狸小路に近く非常に便利な立地。価格も安くコスパがいい。数日滞在しましたが非常に快適でした。また使いたいです。マットレスが少し硬いので、もう少し柔らかいといいかもしれません。
