I've been to Sapporo 5 times, and this is the best hotel I ever stayed, it's near 狸小路 and 二條市場, super convenient for foods and shopping, and there's a stop for the bus bound for outlet mall, great for the last shopping spot

A little far from susukino station, but hosuisusukino station is okay to go to Sapporo Station. Lawson has connect to hotel that's very convenient. Hotel prepared toothbrush and sleeping cloth for you that's very good.

Non smoking room and floor and still a lot of e-cigarettes smell coming into my room, even in Japan rules are broken now,. Otherwise everything was perfect, excellent staff, clean and excellent location.

I have stayed in many APA Hotels and they had been very good. But this one is definitely the most dilapidated APA hotel i have ever stayed in. The room was old and falling apart, there were cracks on the wall, water stain on the ceiling and the window seals were moldy from the condensations. The Wifi was so bad. It averaged less than 10Mbps on average. In 2025, this is simply unacceptable.

This hotel is super close to the Susukino subway station, and very close to the shopping districts. It's very convenient for tourists to stay here. There was a strange noise in my room during my first night. Although the hotel staff could not figure out the cause, they were nice to switch me to another room, which was nice and quiet, for my other days at the hotel. However, I did notice some small parts not perfect, like peeling ceiling paint, and spider net in the hallway.

I request a refund due to the terrible state of the property. The bathroom flooded when I had a bath and lots of the bathroom sinks etc were falling apart, the aircon also did not work properly. For less money I stayed in another hotel another night in Sapporo that was so much nicer than this one. You charged me a ridiculous amount for a very run-down non-functional room. I am disgusted that you charged me so much for such a bad room. Expedia should not have this hotel on their lists and I should get a refund. To make matters worse Expedia did not even give me any points. Expedia really let themselves down and I will think twice abut ever using them again after this experience.

The location is good and it’s very convenient. However, the hygienic condition of the room is disappointing (smoking room). Two nuts were found on the floor. I was wondering if the room was not cleaned. Meanwhile, the room is old, exhibiting a contrast between the room and the grand hotel lobby. Also, there’s also a room of improvement for the flushing system inside the toilet. The noise barrier doesn’t work well. I could easily hear the clock ringing in another room. Bottles of water were only given on the first day of arrival. No other bottles of water were given on the subsequent days.
