Our stay was very good, my family enjoyed the stay and the kids had a great time. Staff was very friendly and if we needed something it was given in a matter of minutes. Big yard for the kids, pool patio bbq. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place to a family traveling with kids. Thank you

Yeni açilmis bir tesis , tum esyalar yeni ve tertemiz. Bahcesi ve mutfagi eksiksiz, barbeku mutfak esyalari mevcut. Ilgi ve alaka ust duzey. Acik bufe kahvaltisi cok lezzetli ve yeterli. It is a new facility and all furnitures are new and in good condition. Property has a wonderful garden with pool and barbeque. Kitchen tools are in good condition. Open buffet breakfast was faboulus.

Sakin ve temiz bir haftasonu kaçamağı için tavsiye

Asma katlı Deluxe oda tercih ettik. Odamızda banyo nevresim çarşaf havlular tertemizdi. Havuz hergün temizlendi ve sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi hatta biz ısısını düşürdük çocuklu bir aile olarak havuz konusunda ve oda sıcaklığından gayet memnun kaldık odalar yerden ısıtmalıydı. Kahvaltısı açık büfe herşey sıcak ve tazeydi özellikle kahvaltısını çok sevdik. Biz evcil kedimizi getirdik hayvan dostu olması tercih sebebimiz oldu. Bazı yorumlarda böcek problemi yazıyordu ancak biz neredeyse hiç görmedik sanırım mevsimsel olarak değişiyor. Eşimin böcek korkusu olmasına rağmen çok rahat konaklama yaptık. Genel olarak sakin huzurlu bir ortamda haftasonu geçirmek için tercih edilebilir güzel bir tesisti. Özellikle havuz bakımı konusunda açıklayıcı ve yardımcı olan Ömer Beye ve tüm personele çok teşekkür ederim. İlgili ve güleryüzlü personel her konuda yardımcı oldular.

1 günlük konaklama yaptım mükemmel bir deneyimdi. 7/24 Sıcak havuzundan tutun da mükemmel serpme kahvaltısına kadar hersey çok iyiydi. Resepsiyon personelin güler yüzlü yardımsever davranışları çok güzeldi. Kaldığım süre boyunca herhangi olumsuz durumla karşılaşmadım tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer kesinlikle gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. Sıcacık ortamda mangalınızı yapıp sıcak havuzda sessiz sakin bir ortamda vakit geçirebilirsiniz. Vital Göl ailesine bu güzel imkanları sunduğu için çok teşekkürler. Sorun olarak sadece şunu diyebilirim ki otele giderken yollar aşırı bozuk. Dikkatli gidilmesi gerekiyor onun haricinde hersey mükemmeldi

Tesis yeni bir tesis ancak tesise gidiş yolu çok kötü bozuktu, araç sürekli çukurlara gire çıka zor bela vardık. Genel olarak temizlik kötüydü. Gece saat 4.30 da tüm tesisin elektrikler kesildi saat sabah 10.00’ a kadar kesinti vardı ve sorumlu kimse yoktu. 10 civarı bize şöminede yakmak için odun verdiler ücretsiz olarak bir özür mahiyetinde. İkinci gün tekrar elektrik kesildi ancak bu sefer sadece bizim konakladığımız evde kesinti oldu. İlk günkü gibi değildi, ulaşabileceğimiz sıkıntımıza çare bulabilecek bir sorumlu vardı bu sefer sorunu hallettiler. Kahvaltısı iyiydi. Sonuç olarak böyle tesislerde jeneratör olmalı temizliğe önem verilmeli. Tekrar gider miyim zannetmiyorum.

Kötü bir deneyim :(

2 günlük tatilimizin 1 günü elektrik kesintisi ile geçti. Tesiste maalesef jeneratör yok. Elektrik kesintisi sebebi ile soğuyan evi ısıtmak istedik bunun içinde şömineyi yakmak için odun istedik gelen odunların yarısı nemli olduğundan yanmadı, şömine bacası tüttü, bütün odayı duman kapladığı için kapı pencere açtık ve ev daha da soğudu :) Kesinti sonrası havuz birtürlü ısınmadı ve haliyle kullanamadık. Telafi için yönetim son gün istediğimiz saatte çıkış yapabileceğimizi iletti ve boşalan başka dairenin havuzunu kullanabileceğimizi söyledi ve bize tahsis ettiklerini söylediler ancak sadece sıcak havuzdan faydalanabildik çünkü daire hem kilitli hemde temizlenmemişti. Bizim için kötü bir deneyim oldu maalesef.

Kış döneminde kafa dinlemek için güzel bir ortam

Eşim ve 2 kızımla beraber otelde 2 gün kaldık. Çocuklarım ortamı beğendi. Temizlik iyiydi. 2 günde de kısa süreli elektrik kesintisi oldu. Ana yoldan döndükten sonra otelin yolu kötü. Derin çukurlar var. Özellikle son 2-3km oldukça yavaş ve dikkatli gitmekte fayda var. Bozuk yollara çare bulunması gerekli. Ütü lazım oldu, otelde yokmuş. Bu tarz ihtiyaçları karşılayabiliyor olmaları gerekir. Kahvaltı standarttı. Ortamı iyiydi. Kahvaltı yapılan restoran göl manzaralı ve önünde iskele var. İskelede güzel fotoğraflar çekindik.

Sıcak havuzlu konaklama tercih etmiştik. Verilen evin havuzu soğuktu(önceki kullanıcının sıcaklığı arttırdığı ve temik açtığı söylendi). Hemen başka bir eve geçmemiz önerildi, kabul ettik. Oğlumuz için yorgan ve çarşaf, ilave havlu talebimiz üzerine verildi. Geçtiğimiz dairede tuvalet kağıdı tutan ataşman duvarda kırık idi, duşakabin kapısı yoktu, 2 adet tuvalet kağıdı vardı. Eve ayakkabı ile giriş yasak(harika bir özellik) kapının arkasında bir dolap mevcut ayakkabınızı dışarıdan alıp hu dolaba koymanız lazım. Ne yazık ki dolap kapağı ve kapı aynı anda açılamıyor :) yağmurlu hava olduğu için uğraştırdı bizi. Dolap kapağı tam tersine açılır hale getirilebilir(öneri). Biz evi nasıl teslim aldıysak öyle bırakan bir çiftiz o yüzden koltuk altındaki çekirdek kabuklarını bıraktık. Temizliğe biraz daha özen gösterilmeli. Duşakabin kapısının olmayışı da bizi çok yordu. Heryer sırılsıklam oldu ve kurutmak için havluların tamamını kullanmak durumunda kaldık. Havuz sıcaklığı iyiydi. Yağmur çok yoğun yağdığı için yan ev ile aramızdaki bölümde taşkın oldu, bir süre koku hissettik, ekip hızlıca dalgıç pompa ile su tahliyesi yaptı. Tv kumandasının ses tuşları çalışmıyordu, ailece film izleyelim dedik ama hevesimiz kursağımızda kaldı. Oda telefonu çalışmıyordu, derdimizi de anlatamadık. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Yeteri kadar çeşit vardı. Göl üzerindeki iskeleye yağmur olmasına rağmen çıktık, keyifli idi. İkinci kez ziyaret eder misiniz diye sorarsanız; tercih etmeyiz deriz.
