Our stay was very disappointing due to broken infrastructure, absent housekeeping, and unhelpful front desk service: Check-in misinformation: Prior to arrival, an official pre-stay message stated dinner was included with our stay. Upon check-in, reception denied this completely and refused to take any responsibility for their own official communication. In-room issues & ordering: The landline telephone in the room did not work because the cable was physically cut. Outside food is strictly prohibited, yet the digital room service menu does not actually send orders to the kitchen. During bad weather, the front desk would not simply call the kitchen on our behalf and instead argued with us. Lack of housekeeping: We arrived to a half-used roll of toilet paper. Housekeeping never serviced the room during the stay—no trash emptied, no fresh towels, and no basic supplies restocked. Poor customer service: When we reported these basic issues, staff responded defensively rather than trying to resolve the problems.
