紹納島出租度假屋

「Mi habitación estuvo limpia y bien cuidada, aunque la de mis familiares no tanto, pues vimos cucarachas en la suya. La piscina es excelente, y el personal fue muy amable y comunicativo. El unico detalle es la energia eléctrica que hay que pagar el consumo al final. No es un gasto excesivo si utilizas la energia como en casa, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta. Tampoco incluye desayuno, pero hay un excelente restaurante llamado Aroma, donde ofrecen 10% de descuento a quienes se hospedan en el hotel....

「We liked the food quality in all their restaurants. The property itself and its amenities were also good. However, the customer service and communication with the staff was terrible. From the beginning of reservation, there was a communication lag, as well as when we got to the property itself. They put us in a different villa from what we reserved for, and the concierge assigned to us was nowhere to be found half the time.」
