O hotel em termos de localização foi o que eu queria pq estava visitando família na zona norte. O hotel fica um pouco longe do centro de São Paulo se estiver pretendendo conhecer a cidade a localização é um pouco fora de mão e táxi pode ficar caro por causa do trânsito. O chuveiro encheu o banheiro de água, o ralo não suportava tanta água então tive q desligar o chuveiro e ligar novamente depois q a água baixava. O cofre do quarto não funcionava, um empregado veio trocá-lo mais mesmo assim não funcionou. Em geral os empregados do hotel foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto estava limpo. O café da manhã estava incluído na diária e foi bom. Pelo preço esperava mais.

O café da manhã é muito bom, a cama é confortável e a ducha incrível. O comércio na volta oferece um mercado, farmacia e distribuídora de bebidas. Apenas sugiro que o hotel reveja o preço das bebidas do frigobar (R$ 9,0 3m uma água de 300 ml é tenso) e ajuste o sistema de interação com as plataformas de reserva é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos e enfrentamos uma verdadeira saga para localizarem a reserva. Um agradecimento especial ao Cido que conseguiu resolver nosso perrengue de forma muito educada.

Muito ruim

Muito ruim, hotel em decadência. Sou hóspede relativamente frequente e venho observando a perda da qualidade. Quartos com cheiro ruim (cigarro e esgoto), camas com colchões ruins, roupas de cama puídas, toalhas que não enxugam, canais da televisão que não funcionam, elevadores lentos e para piorar tudo o qualidade do restaurante que sempre foi muito boa acabou. Do café da manhã (que deixa faltar cream chease) e com poucas opções às refeições a lá carte (desde os petiscos aos pratos principais) com pessima qualidade. Chegaram a me servir uma parmegiana de filé mignon com batata fritas velha/murcha e requentada no microondas e arroz com rapa do fundo da panela. Infelizmente o hotel está largado.

Bom hotel

O apartamento é bom, amplo e com mini cozinha. Banheiro bom, um pouco antiquado, mas tudo ok. Cafe da manhã muito bom (nota 8). Único destaque negativo é que esqueci o carregador de celular no quarto (pois carreguei o celular durante a noite) e o achados e perdidos "não o encontrou".
