Room photos do not match with the room reality. There are no furniture at all, not even a be light. This hotel is so basic that it provides you with just one key because they do not have any more available. Breakfast is very basic too. It seems this hotel is being rebuilt, it is very clean and except from the lay at the reception, the personnel is very kind and helpful.

Precisa melhorar

Muito barulhento, colchão horrível e estrutura muito antiga. Café da manhã nao tem espaço para receber os hóspedes, sao aoenas 6 mesas. A localização é boa.

A localização do hotel é muito boa e o atendimento da recepção durante o dia foi ótimo. Infelizmente não consegui ter uma boa noite de sono pois meu quarto era no térreo, próximo à recepção, e o barulho incomodou muito, principalmente hóspedes que chegaram após meia noite e durante a madrugada, todos falando alto com o recepcionista da noite, que deveria moderar o vol

Precisa melhorar muito a limpeza

Atendimento e localização muito bons, porém a estrutura é terrível. O cheiro do quarto fedia esgoto puro, saindo do ralo do banheiro. Mesmo com janela aberta e ar condicionado não dormimos e ficamos com dor de cabeça. Realmente cheiro extremamente forte. Anoite quando chegamos a recepção também fedia, e os pratos do café da manhã estavam mal lavados. A opção de café da manhã é simples, da sim para comer - porém não espere manteiga, bolo caseiro e suco natural. Ali é suco de saquinho e bolo pronto de dona Benta. Toalhas e lençóis bons, não tem secador de cabelo no quarto (mas a recepção empresta) - estacionamento próximo à 1 quarteirão do hotel e cobram caro.

Hotel muito básico.

O hotel é bem básico, beirando o limite. O banheiro do quarto tem uma pia muito baixa e sem nenhum apoio pra colocar a escova ou o sabonete. No quarto não tem armário para guardar as roupas. O café da manhã muito simples, bolo com gosto de velho e não tinha achocolatado para dar pro meu filho, criança de 5 anos. Em relação à limpeza, deixei a plaquinha pendurada na porta às 10hs da manhã, para limparem, voltamos às 21hs e para nossa surpresa, tudo estava exatamente no mesmo lugar. Não passaram pra limpar.

Simples e maravilhoso

Atendimento excelente, todos de uma educação impar. O quarto foi pequeno, mas como fui para um evento rápido atendeu ao esperado. Único ponto a melhoras é sobre a limpeza do móvel de cabeceira onde fica o abajur - tinha poeira e como sou alérgica me prejudicou um pouco na primeira noite. Mau cheiro retorno da tubulação do banheiro

Hotel razoável, café da manhã legal. Chuveiro bom. Tivemos um inconveniente no mau cheiro da tubulação do banheiro, era bastante forte, inclusive pra dormir era difícil. Pessoal se disponibilizou pra limpeza pra sanar o mau cheiro, mas pouco adiantou.

Excelente opção pela localização

O hotel corresponde às fotos do anúncio. É simples e oferece o básico, como frigobar no quarto, TV aberta, ar condicionado funcionando e chuveiro com regulagem de temperatura. O wi-fi também é muito bom e, no segundo andar, os quartos são bem silenciosos. O café da manhã tinha opções de bolo, pães, frios, iogurte, café e leite. A limpeza estava boa, roupas de cama e banho higienizadas e o quarto estava limpo. Apenas notei algumas formigas, mas nada fora do comum. Diria que o ponto alto do hotel é a localização, a algumas quadras do metrô Santa Cruz e perto de shopping, farmácias, padarias e mercados. A região como um todo é bem cuidada e mais segura. Os travesseiros podiam ser melhores.
