Adorei passar esses dias aqui, comprei uma diária depois comprei mais 4 noites. Quarto bem geladinho, chuveiro quentinho que amo, preço da acomodação acessível. Lugar muito silencioso. Limpeza também está de Parabéns. Café da manhã nota 10!

Eu esperava um pouco mais, pois o hotel não era exatamente como no anúncio. - Pedi a refeição no quarto (porção de fritas com carne em tiras), não é caro e bem gostosa. - O café da manhã que era cortesia foi muito bom, tudo fresquinho e com várias opções. - Durante o processo de reserva o site me deu opção de escolher o tamanho da cama e ela passou bem longe de ser uma "Queen ou maior". - No anúncio dizia que era fornecido kit de higiene, porém não havia escova e nem pasta de dente no banheiro. Liguei na recepção e a moça me disse que eles não fornecem este tipo de serviço. Só queria entender onde uma pasta e escova de dente não faz parte de um kit de higiene, mas enfim... Foi apenas uma noite atípica que precisei de um lugar para dormir.

Eu escolhi o quarto de acordo com a foto e cama queen, por volta das 02:40 (madrugada), no check in, a recepção (funcionária bem educada), só exigiu documento da minha filha e nem um outro dado, não sei se pq o app fornece ou não, já me hospedei em muito hotéis, no fim eu até gostei de não ter passado, chegando no quarto a cama era de casal, liguei na recepção e perguntei se não tinha outro quarto com cama queen, pq foi a que escolhi no Hotel.com, a recepção disse que não e depois me ligou dizendo que sim e aí lá fomos nós para o quarto com a cama queen, se eu não tivesse com bebê, nem me importaria, café da manhã só tinha 1 pão francês e parecia amanhecido, estava duro, e eu só como pão de manhã, na maioria das vezes, não é pedir muito, acho que o hotel podia ser modernizado, o estacionamento é mau sinalizado, bagunçado e ainda raspou todo carro por baixo para entrar, no geral para passagem rápida, não deixa de atender.

Precisávamos de um Hotel Simples e barato pois nosso apartamento entrou em reforma emergencial. O Hotel fica no centro de Osasco e estavam com equipe reduzida e fomos muito bem atendidos inclusive providenciando almoço e jantar.

Gostei muito do apto 119 que fiquei, silecioso perfeito, atendimento nota 10 da Recepcionista, o café da manhã achei bem simples mas satisfatório... so deveriam ser mantido até as 09:30 hrs pois no fim de semana não acordamos cedo....

Check out irritante. Não acreditam em você, que não consumiu nada. Deselegantemente e indiscretamente, eles mandam um funcionário até seu quarto conferir. E isto causa demora também, já fiquei vários minutos esperando o "Ok" deles para eu ir embora.

Se tiver sorte em ficar nos quartos mais novos, beleza, são muito bons. Já fiquei e são ótimos mesmo, já os mais velhos têm chuveiros horrorosos. Outra coisa chata neste hotel, é na hora do check out. Os atendentes não acreditam na sua palavra de que não consumiu nada... eles mandam deselegantemente, de forma indiscreta, um funcionário ir lá ver o quarto que você ficou... ah, e acaba demorando isso, já fiquei vários minutos esperando o "Ok, está tudo certo". Coisa chata!
