Déconseillé si vous ne parlez pas portugais

Arrivés sur place, nous recevons un code pour entrer dans l’appartement mais aucun code pour accéder a l’immeuble (deux portes avec codes, reconnaissance faciale ou biométrique). Nous pensions que le code communiqué servait pour les portes de l’immeuble mais ce ne fut pas le cas. Nous essayons donc de contacter le gardien via l’interphone, impossible de communiquer avec lui car il parle uniquement portugais et nous pas du tout. Heureusement nous tombons sur une personne dans la rue parlant anglais et portugais qui parvient à expliquer notre problème et à nous laisser rentrer. Nous contactons donc le service de Nomah pour régler ce problème. La seule solution qu’ils nous ont proposé était de contacter le gardien, ce qu’ils n’ont pas réussit à faire par eux-memes. Ils nous ont donc demandé de retourner à l’interphone pour expliquer à nouveau la situation au gardien (pour rappel, nous ne parlons pas portugais et lui parle uniquement cette langue…) Le lendemain, comme prévu nous ne parvenons pas a rentrer dans l’immeuble, nous contactons Nomah qui nous propose de nous faire un audio à faire écouter au gardien pour se faire comprendre. Nous attendons toujours l’audio… L’appartement était très sympa, bien situé et propre. Cependant, le fait de ne jamais savoir si nous allions devoir batailler pour rentrer a un peu gâché le séjour. Pour conclure, si vous parlez portugais, n’hésitez pas à réserver. Si non abstenez vous ou attendez vous à rencontrer des difficultés.

Hotel novinho, tudo limpinho e muito bonito/funcional. Os pontos negativos são que não há recepção, tudo tem que resolver pelo whatsapp (24h) que as vezes demora para responder e não há apartamentos de fumantes (nem na sacada pode).

its not a Gfriendly hotel !!!

The AC and the internet doesn’t work properly, there is no room service diary unless if you pay extra for that about (BR$ 45), it’s no easy access to the metro (Vila Madalena). If you visiting São Paulo for business or have friends there and want them visit you at your place the security staffs at the front desk make it harder for they come in, that’s didn’t happened with all staffs just with one woman but I don’t know her name. So bring friends to visit you remember they are not welcome or it’s not agreed with the policy of the Hotel. The pool is not heated water, it’s super cold even on January (summer in Brazil). They have a nice smart TV for watching Netflix and that’s the part I liked. I rather prefer stay in a real hotel for the same price with room service and breakfast included.

Boa opção, mas poderia ser melhor

Não é exatamente um hotel, mas quartos de hotel num prédio residencial. A ideia é boa, o apartamento é bem localizado, seguro e confortável, porém a internet é péssima. Nem o Netflix roda direito. Estava a trabalho e tive problemas, inclusive tive que buscar outro local pra trabalhar. O ar condicionado também não funcionou como deveria e só havia cápsulas de café descafeinado. No geral é uma boa opção e eu voltaria a me hospedar, mas oferecer uma internet melhor é urgente.
