Where do I start ? I was having a great time in Brazil until I got here , they didn’t t send me the password plus apt # which took couple hours of waiting in a shady neighborhood ! I had to call Expedia and that’s how I got help. No communication NADA from whomever running this place , this was the worst part of my trip and I would never stay at another Abnb again ! The only reason I stayed at an Abnb was because I wanted to cook and they had one baby pot and a frying pan that can fry a baby egg SMH ! The bathroom door handle was broken and I got locked in couple times, which was also dangerous because it scratches me couple of times . The shower has no where to put soap or shower gel . The place is ok for one person but tiny for two much less three , I had no idea where to put 4 days of garbage ! I don’t speak the language and no one reached out to me to see if Im ok or to instruct me on what to do or not to do NADA .The property isn’t bad it’s the people who are in-charge of this unit that should be out of business ! they have no idea on customer service .

Bom, mas pode melhorar.

A acomodação é bonita, bem organizada e atende as necessidades. A cama é grande, bem espaçosa, com toda a certeza o ponto alto do apartamento. A única coisa foi que haviam baratas em todo o apartamento, a ponto de ter DENTRO DA TELEVISÃO, apareceu em um momento que assistíamos, e um bichinho passeava na tela(por dentro) , até vermos que era barata. Dentro do banheiro, sala, cozinha. Mas fora isso, foi muito bom. Voltaria com certeza.

Bom mas precisa melhorar

Falta muitos detalhes para ser uma estadia cinco estrelas, por exemplo a tomada do banheiro é de 10 amperes e o secador de cabelos é de 20 ou seja é preciso usar outra tomada (por sorte a da cozinha é compatível e foi possível usá-la), não tem suporte para sabonete tão pouco para shampoo na área de banho. Durante TODA a estadia que foi de quatro noites a internet não funcionava (sugiro que troquem de provedor). Há alguns pontos no imóvel ou com a tomada solta/mal encaixada ou sem espelho para esconder os fios de energia. Ponto positivo a cama é bem confortável já o sofá nem tanto…

Ótimo espaço

Simplesmente o melhor apartamento que já me hospedei. Impecável, confortável e com um tamanho ideal para casal ou solteiros. Cama confortável, lençóis limpíssimos, TV grande que dá pra virar pra sala ou para o quarto. O único ponto negativo é a falta de tomadas na sala para usar laptop se a TV estiver ligada, mas tirando isso, o apartamento é incrível. Me hospedaria mais vezes tranquilamente.

Quarto bastante confortável e limpo, o maior problema que encontrei foi na situação de check in. Não existe um meio de comunicação rápido com a hospedagem. Meu voo chegou na cidade 8 da manhã. Esperei no aeroporto e tentei realizar o check in 12h. Na portaria, de forma bem rude, me foi dito que não teria como esperar o check in dentro do condomínio por ser um local residencial, me deixando para fora e em uma rua perigosa tendo que tentar transporte para outro lugar. Acredito que essa situação faz com que às vezes seja melhor apenas agendar um hotel mesmo.

Decepção

O quarto não é o da foto, a configuração é outra. O vaso sanitário estava sujo de xixi, box não fechava por completo, molhando o banheiro toma banho. Eu paguei por uma pessoa extra e não tinha NADA pra ela se cobrir, nem lençol nem coberta. Na foto consta duas cadeiras, na realidade tinha uma só. E por fim, não tem blackout na janela, só uma cortina fina, o quarto fica claríssimo e péssimo pra dormir. Decepcionante!!

Bom custo benefício

Foi uma boa experiência, apesar da minha irmã ter ficado bastante insatisfeita com a acomodação dela no mesmo edifício. O ponto fraco foi a limpeza: os copos estavam guardados, porém sujos, não tinha detergente na pia e o banheiro estava um pouco sujo também. A localização é boa pra andar de Uber, mas o estacionamento que tem lá perto é bem caro.

O studio era muito bacana e confortável, porém notamos que a limpeza foi feita porcamente, ainda tinham resquícios dos hóspedes anteriores. Outra coisa que impactou nossa estadia, foi o fato de termos ficado a todo momento sem wi-fi, chegaram a abrir um protocolo para reparo, mas não aconteceu. No mais, a estadia foi tranquila, a comunicação foi ótima também.

Promete Wi-Fi, mas não tem.

O lugar é bom, a recepção também foi cordial, a acomodação é confortável, porém minha estadia de 4 dias necessitava de conexão Wi-Fi , pois se tratava de uma viagem de trabalho, mesmo solicitando todos os dias que o problema fosse solucionado, não tive sucesso. Precisei ir até uma padaria 300 metros da hospedagem, todos os dias, para poder trabalhar.
