"Excellent breakfast, clean, big, comfortable rooms, accommodating staff, luggage storage, late checkout.
Gym equipment basic and sauna / pool / steam room could use some renovation."
"Staff is horrible. I called asking if there was any chance of checking in a little earlier. The guy who answered was very rude. When I asked for a manger I was left on hold for more then 10 min. After that they sent me a message stating the rules per government regulation in São Paulo. Zero courtesy. Will never stay or recommend again "
"We had a short overnight stay and this hotel was good. Limited shuttle times as it’s a distance from the airport. The breakfast buffet was varied and we were able to grab some fruit before our early departure."
"The hotel shuttle is only to terminal 2 which is not a huge deal but I thought they should have disclosed that when we booked the suttle at the front desk so guests are not caught off guard. "
