Although i only stayed on night this visit, i had a very enjoyable experience! check in was easy, the room was spotless, a great view of Sao Paolo, the staff very helpful! easy to get around and stores close by foe food or any necessities..

this was my first time staying at the Bela Cintra, it will not be my last. the property was clean and safe. the staff was very helpful. the location was perfect for what i need to do. the bed as comfortable as my own! and the shower was strong the way i like. I highly recommend staying here.

We arrived early in the morning and learnt about remote checkin. It worked well after explained No other issues, easy access very secure and good efficient staff

Security Staff is extremely rude with guest to the point where one couple had to walk under heavy rain to access the front desk as they didn't allow the taxi to leave them at the fron door. Probably this is my last stay in here. It used to be a good option, now is terrible

I've been staying here since it was a hotel 10 years ago and they have the same furniture and service is worst A/C was not working and the electric grill. I reported this and they said someone's coming to resolve both issues but nobody came.

Recepção mal educada. Falta de informação. Quarto com limpeza precária. As pessoas mais gentis e educadas que encontrei foi no estacionamento e um dos empregados que estava fazendo manutenção no prédio. Experiência ruim e não recomendo.

Apartamentos bem desgastados e com vários problemas com torneiras, TV que não pega, lâmpadas queimadas, baratas. Tive até de trocar de apartamento por conta de defeito nas torneiras do chuveiro. Check-in virtual trabalhoso. Uma pena pela ótima localização.

Experiência de estadia bem ruim. O prédio é velho e sujo. Os profissionais são bem antipáticos, desde o recepcionista até o manobrista. O processo de check in é horrível e te faz esperar, no mínimo, 30 minutos. O único lado bom é que é barato e bem localizado.

Pontos fortes: prédio muito seguro, ap amplo e bem dividido, áreas externas diversas e bonitas, facilidade de checkin e checkout Pontos fracos: eletrodomésticos antigos, panos de cama sem qualidade, principalmente o lençol de baixo da colcha, dava aspecto de muito antigo e soltando pelo, abaixo da cama e dos móveis tinha muita poeira a qual acaba fazendo mal para quem tem problema de congestão nasal, não deixam guardar bagagem

Ótimo custo x beneficio

Li muitos comentários antes de fechar minha estadia, eram desanimadores, porém confie na localização e na experiência antiga com outras acomodações do mesmo estilo. As pessoas que aqui reclamam que o local não tem café da manhã ou que o check in é péssimo, provavelmente é porque não leram com atenção quando fecharam a estadia. É óbvio que este tipo de acomodação não tem café da manhã, porém a localização é excelente e há muitas opções em torno. Existe a padaria Bela Paulista que fica 24 hrs aberta e tem de tudo que você possa imaginar. O pré check in pelo WhatsApp é super tranquilo e prático. O check in no local é rápido e sem nenhum problema. O problema é que as pessoas não se organizam e aí culpam o local. Vale muito a pena o custo x benefício, ficarei mais vezes.

Precisa de reforma

O check in on-line foi mto bom, porém o hotel precisa de uma modernizada. Ar condicionado velho, apartamento grande mas com cheiro ruim, na parte da cozinha muito cheiro de mofo/esgoto, banheiro precisando de reforma urgente, tinha um furo na parede do chuveiro. A cama tem apenas uma colcha e o travesseiro é muito velho. Na pia do banheiro tinha um monte de mosquito.
