Ok, for the price

It was ok for the price, the room was small but good enough and had air conditioning which was a big plus. The tpwels were quite old and definitely needing replacement.. the worst part was the transfer from the airport the day we arrived, although i have sent 2 messages to the hostel at least a week prior my arrival, they've never replied. Tried to call the number provided on the site but it disconnected straight away, in the end had to pay for a taxi to take us there.

Overall this was a basic hostel that worked for me to stay in one night in order to catch a morning flight to the airport. The bed was very comfortable, clean and the staff were helpful. I only know Spanish and English so trying to communicate in Portuguese was a bit tricky but we managed okay. I was surprised by how noisy the traffic was around the hostel. Although, from about midnight to 7 am it quieted down so that was great for sleep. I took the shuttle to the airport in the morning and I really appreciated it. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone at the hostel when I called and messaged them in order to get a ride from the airport to the hostel the night before. It was pretty easy to take an Uber for 10 USD so it worked out. Overall, I'd say the quality is about what I would expect for paying 26 USD for a private room at a hostel for one night. Also, the showers had spectacular hot water so that was a plus!

The sfaff are disrespectful

Whey do I start Your girl on the front desk Carla is not helpful at alll the guest alemka bulnes had her boarding pass take off her for no reason at all she hasn't do any wrong and she is very upset and Miles from home SHe has had a very bad experience in your hotel The girl carla was not helpful at all very disrespectful she did care at all she treated my friend very bad to kick her out of her room.i booked the room this morning and payed for it and she its not on the systems has we show her many time the payment she didnt care the threatened my friend to kick her out of the room that is payed for the room after all day trying to sort some out she refused to give me the name of the manager and she spoken disrespectful to my friend we ask her all day long can she help her out and give us help to fix the issues we have have here but she refused to help us but always busy on yer phone the say time she is talking to her very disrespectful this is. Anyway she demanded we pay 149br or she going to kick her out of room that's been payed for twice may I add At this point all ong she is on her phone not a care in the world even talking to a paying customer very disrespectful So Yet again i made a payment online again of 32 pounds for your big room for the 17th which is 216.17 r i payed again and she still refused to talk it as its the wrong day and she explained this is the only way i can make payment and she still refuse it. she refused to give passport back

O custo beneficio compensa, mas atenção, não exija muito. O transfer foi muito pontual, com van novinha e os motoristas atenciosos, eles colocaram e tiraram minha bagagem pois tenho algumas limtações. Inclusive havia pedido um quarto no terreo, porém o quarto q estava reservado não funcionava a TV, então fui para outro que tinha q subir uma escada imensa, porém o recepcionista carregou minha mala pois não tenho condições. Fiquei em um quarto com banheiro compartilhado, o quarto é bem pequeno mas o suficiente para uma noite de sono, o banheiro achei sujo e após as 16h (qdo cheguei) não trocaram o cesto de lixo q estava caindo para o chao e ainda faltou papel higienico. É um labirinto o lugar, mas não se assuste. Os quartos q vi tem fechadura eletronica. De toda forma, como está perto do aeroporto e tem o transfer gratuito, por no máximo 2 noites, eu voltaria.

Hotel muito ruim

Hotel muito ruim, funcionários sem educação, tínhamos reserva eu umas de suas unidades quando chegamos no local o hotel estava em reforma e falaram que tínhamos que ir para a outra unidade, chegando na segunda unidade para fazer o check-in foi necessário mostrar o comprovante de pagamento pois tinha que comprovar que estava pago. Resumindo foi uma humilhação!!

Es un buen lugar cuando sólo deseas pasar la noche ahí y tomar el avión al día siguiente. El cuarto estaba limpio y cómodo pero el baño es compartido. Te dan el desayuno incluido, el servio de transporte al aeropuerto es gratis, pereo lo mejor es el personal. Personal muy amable.

Quartos ok, porém muito barulho da rua.

Quartos simples, porém muito barulhentos. Parecia que estávamos dormindo na calçada. Qualquer barulho de carro, ônibus ou moto, era muito alto. Motos barulhentas a noite toda. O ar condicionado também estalava a madrugada toda. Não consegui dormir 1 hora sequer. O banheiro era ok, limpo de hora em hora, porém o ralo não aguentava a quantidade de água. Utilizei o transfer e foram pontuais. Atendimento bom. Pra uma noite talvez sirva, mas eles precisam rever a questão do barulho. Foi muito ruim!

Para apenas dormir funciona.

Razoável para pernoites. Se você foi a trabalho e vai apenas dormir é um bom custo benefício. O Translado não funcionou comigo. Fiquei esperando no local correto sem desgrudar o olho das placas para não errar, pois o motorista havia me mandado. Esperei por 3 horas e tive que pegar um Uber tarde. Meu conselho: pegue um Uber ou táxi. Ah!! Leve seu travesseiro se possível!

Simples e de qualidade.

Cumpriu exatamente com a função. A ideia era um lugar de passagem, pois chegamos de madrugada e partiriamos no começo da tarde. Cama confortável, roupas e cama e banho limpas. Banheiro compartilhado, mas extremamente limpo. Café da manhã simples e bem feito.
