Amazing location

It was great for a night. Location and staff are very good and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The downside was the mold in the bathroom walls and the smell of mold in the hall.

It was Ok.

The building could use some upgrading as the structure seems to be quite "tired" . The fridge in the bedroom is noisy and I had to unplug it at night to avoid being awaken by the motor starting. Also the doors and/or walls are not soundproof so you can easily hear staff or people in the hallway when they are chatting, laughing or else.

Segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel e de maneira geral ele é bem satisfatório. Equipe cordial, quarto amplo, bom café da manhã e localização super conveniente. O único problema dessa vez é que achei o banheiro velho é mal cuidado.

Ótima localização. Limpeza questionável!

A localização era excelente, o tamanho do quarto satisfatório, todavia, o banheiro, além de ter um vaso sanitário muito pequeno, ainda estava sujo com fezes do hóspede anterior. Além disso, aqueles lenços utilizados para higiene pessoal, são imprestáveis para o fim a que se destinam, pois toda vez que utilizava o banheiro, tinha que tomar banho, ou seja, se o pensamento dos gênios era contribuir com a sustentabilidade... não deu certo! Por fim, durante o três dias da minha estadia, os talheres e copos do café da manhã, estavam com um cheiro muito forte de ovo cru.

Encuentro dificil de creer que en el desayuno no tienen agua caliente disponible en un termo así como tienen el café y la leche, solo agua la de la cafetera donde sale poco y hay que esperar como un minuto para llenar una taza, después de presionar el botón de llenado al menos unas 7-8 veces, y si encuentras a alguien disponible para pedir, tiene que ir a la cocina a buscar. En general el servicio del desayuno no es bueno, el personal tampoco muy amable. Tampoco me gusto el papel higiénico del baño, como no tener un rollo normal, si no es baño público para tener esos papeles sueltos.

Gostei muito da experiência no Mercure. A localização é excelente e todas as pessoas que estavam trabalhando eram muito gentis. Disponibilizaram checkin adiantado mediante a disponibilidade do quarto e pudemos também guardar as malas após o checkout. Muito confortável também. Vou voltar com certeza!

Decepcionante! Um hotel de rede como o Mercure ter toalhas furadas, ralo de banheiro entupido, ducha sanitária separada do sanitário, edredom muito sujo e encardido (enchimento embolado), cama de solteiro no nosso quarto sem roupa de cama, horrivel. Sabonetes cortesia minúsculos. Apesar do atendimento e café da manhã serem muito bons.

Clean hotel with great staff. Condition not great.

The hotel is in a good standard with very friendly and helpful staff. However, lacked in maintaining the facilities that were probably very good 20 years ago. The room and hotel were clean but state of flooring and bathroom was poorly maintained. Biggest shock was the door frame that was breaking apart when opening/ closing the main doors- quite a shock when staying in São Paulo where safety should be one of the priorities.
