Comfortable hotel in nice area.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room with a very comfortable bed, the bathroom was fine but could benefit from renovation. Breakfast was basic but very nice - enough variety of hot and cold food. Good location in safe area.

Great service, beyond compare

The desk manager was very kind and super helpful - many thanks to Vittoria! The room was perfect and location ideal. A very xute pool and delicious buffet that includes jot food. All the staff was excellent in fact.

Great location, spacious room, okay breakfast

I was quite happy with my stay at Mercure Pamplona. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the location is excellent - near attractions, metro and good restaurants - and teh condition of the facilities is great. I would only say that hot food options for breakfast are not the best. But this may be a case of preference only. I would be more than happy to stay there again nonetheless.

The room did not have the three beds set up. But they were very good about bringing one up. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent very noisy because of construction and we were not told the pool was not available before we checked in. I don’t think the neighborhood was very nice, but you could walk to very nice supermarket.

My stay overall was solid. There was some miscommunication a couple times with the front desk involving multiple workers depending on the time you caught them. Checking in one of the rooms had a few things not prepared.

Terrible! Hotel is being refurbished, and there's noise and dust everywhere! Also I've choose the hotel to use the pool, and guess what? Pool is closed, also gym! Terrible, terrible!

o quarto impecável. consegui um quarto acessivel, pois meu filho é cadeira de rodas. o pessoal do hotel, muito prestativo. o unico defeito é que o elevador para cadeirante que fica ao lado da escada, não estava funcionando e meu filho tinha que ir a garagem para sair para a rua.

Sempre fico nesse hotel, tudo sempre muito bom! Nessa última estadia, só o atendimento dos funcionários que ficam no café da manhã deixou a desejar. As duas máquinas grandes de café pararam e ao solicitar ajuda, demorou-se muito tempo para resolver. Depois acabou o leite da garrafa e ao pedir a substituição, demorou-se uns 15 minutos. Fora isso, tudo certo!
