I really recommend for those ppl me.. that needs high speed internet and convenience.. I was able to got my work done and enjoyed the city.. definitely i ll book again on my next trips to SP/Brazil

Not bad, but could be better.

The place isn't bad, but if you stay for long period you need to pay a lot for them to clean your room, there's no basic cleaning tool for you to do yourself, bed sheets there's only one, so you need to wash yourself and there's no spare to put on bed in-between wash, the same for towels.. .. location is great

They need an App for International travelers. The concept is great but useless if you're not Brazilian. They need to be more careful on how they clean rooms. This is a big issue and I hope they take care of it.

Thai place needs more attention (comforter dirty)

The location is good, but there is always an issue, it’s a shower that’s is licking make the entire bathroom floor wet, tv disconnect, and I asked for a blanket next day I realized that the blanket was all dirty with dry nasy blood it was there before but unfortunately I didn’t see it before, extremely disgusting.

This hotel is not suitable for international travellers as you need to use an APP to check-in and to use any services like laundry machine or make requests. The APP is ONLY in Portuguese and the staff only speak Portuguese. Also the hotel only offers minimal supplies, even though we were staying 8 days. One bath towel per person for 8 days. A kitchen with no dish soap or drying towels. A patio with lounge chairs but no chair pads or towels. One TV on the wall at the end of the bed but only one thin pillow to put behind your back to watch in bed. This hotel might aspire to be a technology hotel like CitizenM but really misses the target.

Mi baño estuvo dañado, "me arreglaron" y dejaron todo super sucio. Me ofrecieron limpieza y nunca lo hicieron, la atención al cliente fatal. Si no puedes descargar una app, no puede acceder a secadora de pelo o pñacha de ropa, y no te ayudan ni te dan solución. Para cambio de toallas, cama o papel debes pagar como 30 dolares

Segunda vez que me hospedo no Housi Paulista, ponto forte a localização pois fica ao lado de uma estação de metrô e próximo de vários restaurantes, padaria e a meia quadra da Avenida Paulista, comodidade e serviços eficientes com destaque para o mercadinho que oferece uma grande quantidade de produtos.

Tive uma ótima experiência de hospedagem! O local é muito agradável, limpo e bem localizado. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e prestativos, sempre prontos para ajudar. Durante a estadia, tive dois pequenos imprevistos: o micro-ondas do quarto não estava funcionando e a fechadura da porta acabou travando. Em ambos os casos, a equipe foi rápida e eficiente – trocaram o micro-ondas prontamente e, quando a fechadura apresentou problema, abriram a porta e me ofereceram outra acomodação sem demora. Esses detalhes, apesar de inconvenientes, foram resolvidos com tanta atenção que não comprometeram a estadia. Recomendo muito e certamente voltaria!

Super bem localizado, excelente para quem fica poucos dias, a desvantagem é que não oferece reposição de nada, nem papel higiênico kkk, por mas bizarro que seja, você precisa comprar tudo, o demais é excelente, muito confortável
