O meu quarto em específico(quarto simples para 1 pessoa) nao tinha nada a ver com as fotos. Banheiro com teto mofado, Tv com sinal ruim e poucos canais, nao teve café da manhã em um refeitório, colocaram uma garrafinha térmica com café e um mixto quente em um local que eles chamam de "boqueta" que por sinal eu nem comi, preferi ir a pé em uma padaria mais próxima. Muito decepcionado!!!

O anúncio está como hotel, mas era motel o que nos pegou totalmente desprevenidos. Ao reclamar na plataforma em contato com o proprietário tentou melhorar nos colocando em outro quarto, teve boa intenção porém em um dos quartos o lençol estava com xixi de gato um cheiro muito forte. A estadia no final foi bem desconfortável pela situação em si mesmo com a iniciativa do proprietário. O suporte do aplicativo então nem se fala, não existe comunicação efetiva e resolutiva, é administrado direto dos Estados Unidos usando tradutor, resumindo péssimo, não precisem de suporte na plataforma.

Cheiro fortíssimo de cigarro. Muito barulho tanto da rua movimentada quanto de hóspedes. Fotos nao condizente com realidade. Quarto nao higienizados. Tinha meia perdida de outro hóspedes.

O atendimento da equipe do hotel é ótima. Mas o local apesar de simples, deixa um poucos a desejar. Escadas ruins, problema nas tomadas, sem divisória no banheiro entre o vazo sanitário e o chuveiro. Poderiam fazer a troca diária da roupa de cama e toalhas usadas no banheiro.
