Experiência bastante satisfatória

Estive no Hotel 34 por um dia. Como estava ciente das limitações do local (inexistência de portaria, procedimento de check in um pouco diferente e ausência de ar condicionado no quarto), não tive nenhum contratempo. O local possui um excelente custo-benefício. A localização da hospedagem é excelente, fica na região central, tem restaurantes e um supermercado Assaí bem próximo (cerca de 300 m). O quarto é grande e confortável. O fato de não ter ar condicionado não foi um problema, pois, naquele dia, não estava quente. O procedimento de retirada das chaves pode ser um problema se o indivíduo chegar tarde da noite, por isso recomendo a qualquer um mandar mensagem para a propriedade com antecedência. No final, o anfitrião, Sr. Felipe, muito educado e gentil, ainda me permitiu ficar um pouco além da hora do check out. Fiquei bastante satisfeito. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação a fazer e, por isso, recomendo o local. Apenas sugiro aos hóspedes que se informem previamente das limitações, para não terem surpresas desagradáveis.

Horrível

Atendimento pessimo. Esqueci uma coisa no quarto e não consegui falar com o responsável. Não me retornou, não atendeu minhas ligações. Contratei uma coisa e me entregaram outra, ainda tive que pagar mais para hospedar minha família. Baixa Seguranca, uma vez que a senha de acesso as chaves é a mesma para todos. Deixando muito vulnerável o acesso. No quarto só tinha uma tolha.

O atendimento do proprietário é extremamente educado, mas não se engane. Instalações muuuuito simples, sem ar condicionado. Tudo é feito de forma automatizada, não tem contato com ninguém nem pra reclamar. Jamais ficaria lá de novo, nem se fosse a última opção.
