It's Okay

The location is quite good - close to the airport. The hotel itself is okay - it obviously has a high turnover of guests who are generally only staying for a very short time. The food offering was poor - buffet style where the food had obviously been sitting for quite a while. There was no bar. The hotel is fine for someone who, like me, is only staying for a few hours and not looking for anything fancy.

Price point was very good. Room and hotel was very clean and well maintained. Shower was excellent. Bathroom sink was slow draining. Area noisy due to proximity to airport. Could use better soundproofing. The room was cold and did not warm significantly, The A/C control was designed for both heat and cool but it produced no heat on the heating mode. Maybe the A/C was not a quente/fria device, only fria? Cafe de manha was average for Brazil. One odd requirement for checkin was both travelers needed to provide passport id or both needed to provide CPF. No mixing of CPF and passport allowed in same checkin. Weird.

The room was very clean! We stayed for a night only, my only complaint is check in was not smooth, if you are a foreigner and your spouse is Brazilian or another nationality it gets very confusing and annoying.

I was disappointed with my stay. The shower was leaking water and flooded the entire bathroom every time it was used. The hair dryer was also not working, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but they do not clearly inform you that it only goes to Terminal 2. When I arrived at Terminal 2 and asked the driver if he was going to Terminal 3, he was very rude and told me that if I had any questions, I should call the front desk instead of asking him. Another important point is that the hotel is not actually five minutes from the airport as advertised. Overall, this experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations.
