Hi all, the AC in the living room have a big noise, almost impossible to stay on. The TV remote control didn’t work and also the remote for The AC on the rooms looks like the battery is dead. The rest ok.

This is a residential apartment, so don´t expect daily cleaning, amenities, any kid of room services, etc. Also, nobody to complain! Any request/complain must be done using Whatsapp. Prepare to be patient.

WORK STAY in BERRINI SAO PAULO

Overall, a disappointing stay. Spacious apartments in a residential area with many offices (practically deserted on non-working days). Poor reception: the concierge staff only speak Portuguese, and the woman I met when I arrived, in particular, showed no signs of being helpful. The online helpdesk service in English is good: they respond promptly and accurately. The coffee machine (Nespresso capsules) is broken, so it's impossible to make a morning coffee; the coffee machine in the gym area also doesn't have one. Common areas are unheated. Good selection of vending machines (in case you want to buy food). Overall, good apartments, but fairly poorly managed.

Stay away this property. The flat was dirty, insects everywhere and the A/C was not working. I tried to have the flat cleaned because all insects was in the room and they charged me 180.00. This is the worst place I have been in my life.

Not the best, but not the worst.

I arrived and the TV nor A/C unit were working. They were able to replace the TV, but they would only be able to send someone out the next day to fix the A/C. However it was close to 90F that day. After a back and forth, they were able to put me in a smaller room, which did have a working A/C unit, but for the same price as the larger room.

I had a terrible experience, firts the aprtment was super dirty, bed had no cover and was dirty, they had a water infiltration from my batroom so they sent someone to make a hole in the wall and left everything a mess with dirt and debris all over the floor, they did not send anyone to clean and only moved me from room a day after because i was tirelessly trying to contact them to fix a problem that was their fault, after they responded me they finally changed me to a new room but unfortunately to a smaller room then what I had paid, contacted them again and I was moved to a new room for the second time, horrible customer service they have and rooms not well cleaned, do not recommend to anyone

Foi maravilhosa! O Studio é muito bem mobiliado e equipado. No prédio possui mercadinho caso precise de algo. Só uma dica: colocaria uma tv também na parte de cima, do quarto e um espelho de corpo inteiro e uma airfryer 😅

Localização excelente….perto de tudo e facil acesso. O Prédio tem uma boa estrutura porém o apartamento precisa de rapados. Ar condicionado da sala é de um quarto não estava funcionando. Como não ia usar, acabei não pedindo ajuda. Se deixar em dia vai ser um excelente lugar.

Boa estadia. Unico ponto de atenção, é que a cortina está “estragada”, e por isso, tivemos que deixar a cortina aberta, deixando o Airbnb bem mais claro.

O apartamento estava com muito cheiro de cigarro, espantoso. Tive que dormir com todas as janelas e porta da sacada abertos. Pedi reforço na limpeza, mas o cheiro persistiu.

Fui informada q teria opção de checkin antecipado pagando um valor extra e q teria maleiro era só efetuar na recepção Porém não é hotel e sim condomínio residencial aonde não tem recepção p checkin antecipado nem maleiro,cheguei as 6hr e depois de implorar p guardar minhas malas tive q esperar na rua até dar horário do checkin às 15hr As informações q deram não procede,a senha não abria a porta e charlie não respondia dai o segurança do prédio conseguiu efetuar nova senha achei bem ruim a comunicação

O ambiente do predio é bastante barulhento. Pode ser ouvir as movimentações dos quartos vizinhos e superiores. Nao tem tb isolamento acústico do ambiente externo, entao ouve-se bastante as quadras de esportes que estão no entorno
