It was very easy to access. The ID verified room technology worked great. We were placed in room 14B. Unfortunately the hot water did not work in our room. Based off of other Google reviews - it hasn't worked for a while. Talking to the Charlie team via WhatsApp was quick and easy. The improvement needs to come from the maintenance team. We had a maintenance person come three separate occasions - to which they reported that it worked in great condition.
Finally after four days of asking to switch rooms - we were able to go to room 22A. This room was great condition. The hot water actually worked! We finally got hot water after 4 days of our 7 days stay.
If there was an actual host on site, I do believe this issue would have been resolved much quicker.
