It was very easy to access. The ID verified room technology worked great. We were placed in room 14B. Unfortunately the hot water did not work in our room. Based off of other Google reviews - it hasn't worked for a while. Talking to the Charlie team via WhatsApp was quick and easy. The improvement needs to come from the maintenance team. We had a maintenance person come three separate occasions - to which they reported that it worked in great condition. Finally after four days of asking to switch rooms - we were able to go to room 22A. This room was great condition. The hot water actually worked! We finally got hot water after 4 days of our 7 days stay. If there was an actual host on site, I do believe this issue would have been resolved much quicker.

Falta pouco para ser perfeita.

O ambiente é bem organizado, silencioso demais e limpo. Segurança é excelente com as entradas feitas com o cadastro antecipado possibilitando entradas rápidas com confirmação via nossa imagem. Isso é um diferencial. A piscina é boa e bem cuidada e a academia excelente. Porém, temos ressalvas. Seguem: 1. Colchão extremamente desconfortável, pois do lado direito está muito gasto e as costas direto na mola. Foi bem difícil dormir. Considerando que fui para fazer prova, foi decepcionante. 2. Existem dois suportes (mão francesa) sem utilidade na parede ao lado da cama. Acertei minha cabeça 3x. Acredito que seja melhor tirar pq não faz nenhum sentido isso ali. E alguém pode se machucar sério. 3. O ar condicionado ligou, mas não funcionou, acredito aue as pilhas já estão gastas. 4. A Tv só funciona se vc tiver algum streaming.

O quarto confortável. Banheiro extremamente pequeno. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. O sistema de portaria é totalmente eletrônico, de um modo geral não tive problemas com isso. Apesar de ser um bairro supostamente seguro, vi um assalto em frente ao quarto às 10h da manhã. O ideal é não ficar na rua dando bobeira esperando Uber.

Boa estadia!

Foi uma boa estadia. Gostei principalmente da localização do prédio, o local é muito seguro e tranquilo e está perto de lojas de conveniência, farmácias, bares e restaurantes (desde que vc esteja de carro, pois é difícil andar a pé na região por causa das ladeiras). A entrada no prédio foi muito fácil por meio de reconhecimento facial. Como ponto negativo, eu citaria o tamanho do apto. É apertado, principalmente o banheiro.

Ambiente lega e prático

Estadia regular. Ambiente organizado e pratico. Porém a cama estava com um lado totalmente afundado (precisa trocar o colchão) e nas fotos tinha um fogão de pia de duas bocas que estávamos contando para fazer café da manhã. Chegando lá não tinha fogão nenhum. Sugiro colocar as fotos do quarto como ele é hoje para evitar falsas expectativas.

Bom custo benefício

O quarto é bonito e confortável. Tivemos problemas no check in, ao chegar havia alguém hospedado no dormitório que nos foi designado. Entramos em contato com a equipe do Charlie, resolveram o problema nos colocando em um novo dormitório. A localização do prédio é boa, silenciosa e com fácil acesso ao metrô da vila Madalena.
