Unlikely the neighbor the hotel was really clean, safe and the breakfast was awesome. But the neighborhood is little scary , so I recommend get hotel early at night. Also they do have paid parking.

RUDE STAFF! BAD WIFI!! Very disappointed with this hotel! I was really looking forward to coming here, but for the price I paid, I could have found a much cheaper hotel with better service! First of all, check-in took over 15 minutes! The receptionist was very cold and didn't make me feel welcome at all! No smile, he seemed annoyed that I was there! The room is extremely tiny and the Wi-Fi is incredibly weak! Impossible to work! I was disconnected every 20 minutes!!! The area is very dangerous at night, be careful! Also they ask you 20BRL per item to keep your luggages (even for a small backpack that you can put over your suitcase)! Breakfast was okay.

Vamos por pontos: Quarto: super confortavel, cama deliciosa, ar condicionado geladinho, tudo limpo e perfeito. Hotel: lindo, localização maravilhosa em frente ao metro da luz e o café da manha é impecavel. Pra mim, o unico ponto negativo foi o elevador que demora bastante mas nada que tenha prejudicado a experiencia. Uma salva de palmas tambem para a equipe, gentis e muito competentes. Queria agradecer especialmente ao Hulk que no meu primeiro dia ai me indicou um restaurante para que eu almocasse. A partir de agr será meu local de hospedagem em SP.
