Terrible check in communication take like more than one hour to complete check in , and about one hour to get access to garage parking. The hotel worker in a front desk talking behind the customers not good things and left about the poor job his doing, I’m not happy with the front workers at all, but a good location to allianz parque

The location and roof top views here amazing. The room was a bit small but ok for us. The bed sheets were smelly and dirty. A better explanation on how the housekeeping works would be great. I paid for cleaning when I booked it for 2 days I asked how housekeeping works and was told to call a number if I needed anything so I did call and they wanted to charge me for extra towels toilet paper and cleaning again, so I just said no because I already paid. I had to use dirty towels. Check in process was a bit delayed too they would never send me the apartment number or code to get into the building.

The apartment was not very clean: the shower area had mold and dirt in the tile and floor joints and around the shower valve. There was dust in the coffee machine. Very thin pillows. The apartment smelled of mold. The bed linen and blanket were clean and smelled nice. New and modern furniture.

Not really a proper hotel. Not worth it to stay there just because it’s close to the stadium because there are plenty of other and better options to stay or to go after a game or concert. Place didn’t have much space to move inside or to accommodate our 4 luggages. I’d not recommend. Expensive and not good. Very difficult to communicate, only via WhatsApp and they couldn’t do anything to help me to all my requests. Very frustrating stay.

• No electrical outlets to charge devices outside of the bathroom unless you unplug the TV and remove it from the wall. • No kitchen supplies other than a few plates and knives. • The microwave stops working at least once every day. It doesn’t work unless you unplug it and plug it back in, which you may be unable to do if you’re a woman. (It’s heavy.)

I had to change units 3 times. The first apartment had drunk and drugged people, so I asked to move to another building at 11 pm. When I got there, they gave me a room number and password. I went in and there were people living there, and all of this with 3 heavy suitcases. I called them, it was already midnight, I was given another room, they gave me a password and number. I went in and there was one person living there. I had to go down again. It was already 1 am. I called them and then they gave me another apartment and there was no one in it. During my stay in this apartment there were about 5 cockroaches and many bugs, the shower didn't work properly. I paid for my stay on the 29th and only entered the apartment on the 31st for personal reasons. When I asked if they could give me a refund or extend my stay, they simply hung up on me.

Adoro me hospedar neste prédio pela Conveniência para ir a Shows no Allianz. Os apartamentos são confortáveis e funcionais. E o prédio oferece tudo que se precisa para uma estadia curta sem precisar sair.

Apartamento n. 1201 estava extremamente limpo. Muito confortável e amplo. Tudo novo e organizado Lençóis confortáveis. Gostei! Tudo funcionando normalmente. Apenas observação negativa: faltou a cafeteira que constava no anúncio e o controle da TV não estava configurado na TV, o que dificultou a utilização. Localização é excelente, sobretudo para quem vai ao Allianz Parque.

Boa localização!

O cadastramento para acessar o prédio é bem prático. Conta com boa estrutura, com máquina de cafe expresso na recepção, lavanderia e mercadinho com farmacinha. Bem equipados. O flat em si é bem pequeno, inclusive o Box do banheiro. Roupas de cama e cama muito boas. Só fiquei triste que aluguei na foto a sacada aberta e me disponibilizaram um flat com vidros instalados. Ai não conseguia abrir. Achei desnecessário ter uma geladeira na sacada, se já tem um frigobar. Acredito que seria um espaço para ser utilizado com algo mais útil. Localização boa. Por ela, até alugaria novamente. Em geral recomendo para curtos períodos.

Fiquei na unidade 613 e foi o pior apartamento que já fiquei em qualquer Housi ou similar. Duas cadeiras quebradas, paredes totalmente marcadas, inclusive com marcas de tênis, mofo e mais. Roupa de cama furada. A localização do prédio é excelente. Tinha compromisso no Allianz Parque e foi ótimo. Toda região é muito boa e o prédio também, mas realmente largaram mão do apartamento.

Conforto existente, ótimos utensílios, boa localização e comodidades no prédio muito bons. Em relação à limpeza, muitos cabelos compridos no banheiro e no chão do apartamento, além da cortina que separa o quarto da varanda apresentar manchas de sujeira. Nao foi possivel abrir a janela de vidro da varanda, que estava totalmemte fechada.

Imundice. Banheiro podre cheio de mofo. Box sujo. Um ótimo local de hospedagem para fungos e bactérias, a equipe de limpeza criou um ótimo local para hospedagem de esporos, como ao redor dos registros de água do chuveiro, quinas dos box e vaso sanitário. Se você não se importa em dividir o seu quarto e seu banheiro Com esses fundos você terá uma boa hospedagem. Resumindo é a pior limpeza que eu já vi em um flat, nem os piores hotéis do centro de São Paulo tem uma limpeza tão ruim. Não indico esse lixo não se deixe enganar pela vista e pela localização.
