Good hotel in great location

O like to stay one night in the hotel.. friendly staff, good breakfast , clean and tidy room. They just forgot to leave enough towels in the room ( it was only 01 towel and we’re 03 guests)

Muito Desconfortável

A cama é horrível. Nada confortável! O lado que você dorme você acorda com ele todo dolorido. Café da manhã muito básico pro calor da diária. Muito ruim de comunicação; tem que ligar várias vezes pra ser atendido; teve dias que não consegui atendimento. No geral o valor da diária não corresponde ao hotel: valor muito alto e a estadia é muito desconfortável. Terminei a viagem extremamente cansada porque não dormi bem nenhuma noite. Sem contar que pela manhã os funcionários ficam conversando super alto nos corredores e não dá pra descansar mesmo.

Diária extremamente cara, o que leva o consumidor a crer em uma hospedagem de qualidade. Em verdade o hotel é abandonado, não tem serviço de quarto, quando disponível é cobrado. O café da manhã não tem opções. O quarto não possui cobertas confortáveis. Enfim, péssima experiência, especialmente em face do preço

Quarto em pessimas condições , água não esquenta , retiram as toalhas e não repõem , não varrem o quarto nem limpam o banheiro , travesseiros muito sujos , lençóis encardidos , tv funciona muito mal . Não há cobertores , tivemos que sair para comprar . Estão reformando por fora , então parece ser um bom hotel , mas os apartamentos sao pessimos .

A estrutura do hotel é ótima, formato dos quartos/banheiro excelente, 1 cama casal, 1 cama solteiro, vaso e chuveiro separados, pia no quarto achei ótimo, pra lavar algumas coisas com mais higiene. Porém a pia estava entupida, e não conseguiram desentupir, toalha de banho rasgada. O hotel parece meio largado. Os funcionários todos muito atenciosos, educados, e em cada andar tem gente limpando, porém suja bastante, talvez por ser nas proximidades da lagoa, e por juntar muito mosquito, muito mesmo. Não achei a localização boa para almoço (pra ir a pé).

Boa localização,café com bastante variedade .Mas o check muito demorado,apenas uma pessoa.para atender .O hotel estava em reforma.Muito.barulho das camareiras afastando camas durante o horário que não era comercial.Estava funcionando apenas um dos dois elevadores causando.muita espera pois sempre estava cheio.O veículo não é guardando em garagem privada,ficando exposto na frente do hotel.Em media atendimento ruim .

Café da manhã muito abaixo do esperado. Tivemos que trocar de quarto por conta da central de ar que estava com mau funcionamento. Camas não confortáveis, colchões duros. Banheiro pequeno e com péssimo suporte dentro do box, mas ótima pressão do chuveiro.
