I stayed there prior to an early morning flight and found the staff very friendly and helpful and the faciluties clean, although a bit old. The area seemed quiet, though it was hard to tell, given the thunderstorm. I left before the breakfast was served.

Passei só uma noite, atendentes não sabem dar as informações direito, não souberam me dar dicas, fui informada que em santo Amaro tinha van nos três turnos, o que não era verdade, se soubesse a realidade não teria ido.

夜中にサンライズ空港に到着し翌日朝からバヘイリーニャスに行くために泊まりました。 深夜2時ごろの到着でもレセプションの方が到着を待ってくれていて安心しました。値段の割に部屋もきれいでした。

Não sou exigente, mas prezo o custo benefício. Para alcançar o status de hotel, há um longo caminho a percorrer. O valor cobrado não é condizente com o que é oferecido. Pontos positivos: Localização se o objetivo for rodoviária ou aeroporto, ar condicionado e wi-fi. Pontos negativos: Colchão péssimo com molas que machucam de verdade, condições gerais do quarto, o banheiro possui caixa de descarga, a limpeza é duvidosa, basta andar descalço para perceber, sem sabonete, sem toalha de rosto e a de banho é de má qualidade e encardida, a pessoa do café da manhã (não a senhorinha do dia 17/9) além de não muito simpática, controla os pratos que usamos (pedi ovo mexido e ela foi à minha mesa e pegou o prato que estava com a colher do suco, todo molhado e jogou o ovo em cima), café tem muitos itens, mas não são bem preparados nem de boa qualidade, não estou exagerando!! O presunto estava com um cheiro horrível e com as bordas esverdeadas!! Enfim, não indico o hotel pelo péssimo custo benefício. Não entendi essa avaliação, me guiei por ela e me dei mal.

Deuxou a desejar.

Combinamos por whatsapp um transfer do aeroporto e chegando lá nao tinha ninguém nos esperando. Tivemos que pegar um taxi e pagar caríssimo pra andar menos de 10 min. Chegando no hotel nao tinha ninguem na recepção e a campainha não funcionava. Tivemos que bater palmas na frente do hotel as 1h da manhã. O chão parecia não estar limpo, com aspecto de gorduroso. A luminária ao lado da cama era só enfeite, pois não funcionava. A tampa do lixo do banheiro estava quebrada. As roupas de cama e banho estavam bem limpas. O café da manhã estava bom e a funcionária da cozinha e a da recepção pela manhã eram bem simpáticas.
