The staffs are friendly, the place is clean and its feel likes the old Lisbon which makes sense since it’s still in operation for 140 years. Everything is in walking distance and I feel safe. I especially love that’s it close to the park that have the mineral water.

At downtown and close everything. The room is tiny but to day stay is enough. The breakfast is perfect with protein and fruits. The lack of info is about parking; three blocks from hotel, dirty and drains problembecause lot of rains or infiltration water on floor so potencial dengue outbrake.

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos no hotel que é bem antigo. Equipe atenciosa e muito bem localizado, com acesso a pé ao parque das águas, restaurantes e compras. Quarto e banheiro simples e atendem. Café da manhã bom. Ponto de atenção para os lençóis de baixo que não tem elástico e ficam saindo.

Acomodações simples, mas satisfatórias. Localização excelente, perto de tudo, não sendo necessário usar carro. A única coisa negativa é que não pegava internet no quarto. O Wi-Fi não estava funcionando, notificamos mais de uma vez e nada foi feito para resolver.

Permanência de 1 dia. Boa localização. Recepcionista informou ser o hotel mais antigo do BR em funcionamento. Instalações simples, um tanto antiquado, mas atendeu o propósito de 1 pernoite. Localização central, próximo às principais atrações de uma cidade do corcuito das águas. Restaurante oferece jantar a custo razoável e não tem muitas opções na região. Ponto forte é o atendimento. Recepcionistas bem treinados e muito atenciosos. Barulho de hóspedes é inevitável por ser edificação antiga, sem recurso de isolamento acústico bem como a proximidade da piscina, mas sem incomodar no horário de 22:00 às 07:00 do dia seguinte.

Atendimento Excelente mas caro para a estrutura.

Hotel razoável, café da manhã razoável, atendimento excelente. O Hotel retrata a situação de Caxambu, se estivesse situado em Belo Horizonte ou Rio de Janeiro sua diária seria metade do que é cobrado, mas como faltam opções em Caxambu acaba aproveitando a lei da oferta e procura.
