It's a "okay" hotel. Everything works. Nonetheless, Zum restaurant staff was rude about a wine glass return. If you just want a place to sleep it's for you.

Quarto ok, banheiro extremamente pequeno e um detalhe quando tomei banho o quarto e o banheiro foram inundados, equando fui falar na recepeção eles já sabiam, e me questiono porque deram o quarto se tem problemas, e é uma cortina de plastico no box, experiência péssima

Palace Hotel
The workers were friendly and helpful. The hotel needed to do a better job of cleaning the room specially during the pandemic. Very well located in the city. The breakfast was excellent.
