"The staff at the hotel desk was great! Room was nice. We selected this hotel because after traveling we wanted a day of relaxation. The property showed a beautiful pool and spa. The person at the spa was not friendly. Also we could not use the pool because you have to reserve it in advance and it was full.. you have to make a reservation to use a pool? Don’t select this hotel if you want to use the pool or spa. Lesson learned."

The hotel is beautifully situated by the water with lovely views of the ocean bay, and the building itself is nice and has a convenient parking lot. Our room was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean. The front desk representative was especially helpful and welcoming. The rest of the staff were friendly and professional as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience - we’d gladly return."
