Hotel ímpar e atendimento sem igual! Viajamos para comemorar o aniversário do meu marido e ficamos encantados com o atendimento,a limpeza,organização e o ambiente muito bem cuidado. O café da manhã é maravilhoso,tudo de muita qualidade e com um cardápio de itens preparados na hora,a tapioca de queijo com goiabada era incrível! O atendimento é fora de série,todos os colaboradores sem exceção,a todo momento tem alguém da equipe para saber se precisamos de algo… sem falar a estrutura,muito conservada,limpa… enfim! Com certeza voltaremos!

Muito bom

Segunda vez que ficamos lá, o hotel é muito bom, mas nesse fds não dormimos bem em razão de barulho extremo (paredão de som) na vizinhança. A culpa não é do hotel, mas fica o alerta para que tomem providências perante às autoridades competentes para que outros hóspedes não tenham seu sossego prejudicado por poluição sonora.

Maravilhoso!

Eu amei demais o hotel, fui recebida pela Laune, recepcionista MARAVILHOSA, adorei os garçons, Rafael, Vladi, super atenciosos. Fiquei com medo de locar por conta de alguns comentários, mas de coração, achei todo o serviço e atendentes ótimos! Porém, teve dois eventos no hotel esse fim‑de‑semana, um deles de ciclismo, acordamos com muito barulho, muita gente e foi bem desconfortável. Resolvemos comunicar a gerência que íamos nos retirar, e de prontidão entenderam nossa situação e nos ofereceram como bônus uma diária outro fim‑de‑semana. Enfim, tudo resolvido da melhor forma. Voltaremos pois amamos de fato o hotel!

Muita beleza e careza pra pouco serviço

O hotel é bom em estrutura externa, por ser o único da cidade, é bonito. E caro para o que oferecem... O quarto de casal eram duas camas de solteiro, totalmente desconfortáveis. O café da manhã era bom, porém pedimos uma simples calabresa acebolada que não existiu a cebola, com uma macaxeira que não existiu sequer um molho rosé. No fim ainda erraram nossa conta do quarto colocando a mais dois itens que não consumimos. Enfim. Apesar do nome .. Um Fiasco.

O local é muito bonito, reservado e organizado, com alimentação de boa qualidade e preços acessíveis. A proximidade da praia é um grande diferencial, sendo ideal para quem deseja levar barraca e churrasqueira. No entanto, vale mencionar que a orla pode ser um pouco barulhenta, especialmente por conta do som alto de carros.

Hotel bom, novo, colaboradores educados, atenciosos e prestativos. Bem localizado, pé na areia, quarto com bom tamanho, cama excelente inclusive com pillow, café da manhã simples mais gostoso, o restaurante do hotel é maravilhoso e é o melhor da cidade. Vale muito a pena a hospedagem no hotel, com certeza retornarei para poder desfrutar dos passeios que não pude fazer dessa vez na cidade.
