Razoável, com oportunidades

Estive em família, estadia durante a semana de 3 dias, com bebê de 1 ano que engatinha.. Resumo: hotel fazenda "dentro do esperado" para aquilo que já sabíamos, com bastante oportunidades para detalhes básicos.. Pontos positivos: prestatividade da recepção, precisei de remédios,e prontamente me ajudaram a comprar. Recreações e contato com animais, vários ambientes para ficar dentro do hotel. Piscinas bem aquecidas.. Pontos ok: comida, dentro do esperado para meio de semana.. nada extraordinário.. esperava mais comida típica alemã e variações.. Oportunidades: A região é úmida, e de cara pegamos o quarto (que era um dos melhores) com bastante cheiro de mofo.. havia mofo no gesso da laje no teto. Poderiam ao menos colocar um odorizador no quarto para amenizar. Limpeza do quarto, após a solicitação, dava para perceber que só passava no caminho do padre.. reposição de sabonete ou os sais para a banheira, ou água não foi feito.. isso para nós é o básico.. Limpeza de áreas gerais, como área kids do salão de jogos, estava bastante a desejar.. passamos 3 dias, não víamos diferença.. Água dispobilizada pelo hotel em térmicas e bebedouro com muito gosto de cloro.. não passavam por filtro, pegavam direto da torneira geral. Qualidade ao cliente importa!! por mais que tivesse a opção de compra mineral a $13 o litro.. Com uma diária acima de $1k, nenhum mimo de boas vindas ou no check out para conquistar, não teve.. Salão de jogos com as 4 mesas de sinuca bem danificadas..
