「Don't come here ! Everything is old and broken, I stayed in a Majestic Pool Villa which is the most expensive room type. The shower drainage is stuck and bad smell always present, there is not even a closet for hanging clothes and everything looks old and broken」

「We are totally disappointed by the room and quality standards of Fairmont Haitang Bay in Sanya. We had high hopes on Fairmont, being a prestigious US hospitality brand, and left it the very last stop of our four-day-three-night itinerary. The room facilities are not professionally installed. Room size (allegedly 63 sq m but nowhere near it) and arrangement are not the same as the website suggested. I would understand this kind of standards coming from a three-star class but we paid US$200 for it...
