HOTEL MUY PROXIMO A LA PLAYA CON UNAS INSTALACIONES EXTRAORDINARIAS, SALVO EL ACCESO QUE EL PRIMER DÍA ES UN POCO DIFICIL, TODO LO DEMÁS ES OPTIMO, SPA, PISCINAS INTERIOR Y EXTERIOR, AMPLIOS SALONES, HOLL, COMODAS HABITACIONES, ETC. EL QUE LO CONOCE, VUELVE.

Muy buen hotel

Buena situación. Habitación grande y baño grande. El personal de recepción muy atento y amable. Con gimnasio y spa. Gimnasio funcional. Zona para aparcar fuera sin coste y parking de pago en sótano.

Hotel con buenas habitaciones y servicios.

Habitación amplia al igual que sus camas. Tiene una puerta a mayores entre el hall y la habitación en si lo que aísla posibles ruidos del pasillo. Detalle de bienvenida con nota manuscrita y unas galletitas (De agradecer hoy en día). De la habitación solo pondré un inconveniente que es el grifo de la bañera. El motivo es que hay que inclinarse bastante para abrirlo por la mampara si lo haces desde fuera. Además carece de manguera ya que el tubo esta encastrado en la pared y sale desde lo alto. (Para las mujeres gorro de ducha imprescindible si no te quieres mojar el pelo.) Dejamos nota en el hotel de que no nos pareció correcto que estuvieran limpiando el salón de la cafetería en la hora del desayuno (9:00 AM). Resulta incómodo. Por lo demás todo correcto. Buen Hotel.

Si es un hotel de cuatro estrellas

Instalaciones cuidadas en una excelente ubicacion. Habitacion muy amplia con terraza y baño clasico con buenas camas, buena lenceria y aislamiento correcto. Desayuno podria ser mas variado pero los golosos si lo disfrutaran. Precios en servicio de habitaciones y cafeteria muy correctos. Parking comodo al aire libre. Wifi perfecto.

Hotel Ideal, recomendadísimo, excepcional

Es la cuarta vez que visito este hotel, es mi preferido. Un hotel que la relación calidad-precio es justificada, su personal es muy amable, es un hotel que te sientas como en tu propia casa. Felicito a la Dirección por su gestión. Casualmente este primer fin de semana del mes de Enero, reservé habitación+spa+desayuno y como siempre excepcional, me llevé una grata sorpresa al encontrarme todavía con la decoración de navidad, lo cual era impresionante, una decoración de ensueño, con gusto y muy bien ambientado tanto sus exteriores como el interior. La cafetería con precios de calle, muy asequible y muy amables los camareros, igual que el personal de limpieza, como también en recepción. Es decir, todo lo que pienso de este Hotel Carlos I, y me considero una persona bastante exigente, son felicitaciones, pienso recomendar, como así lo hago, y seguiré recomendando siempre este Hotel, que para mí ya es mi segunda casa cuando viajo a Sanxenxo (Pontevedra). Una vez mas Enhorabuena a la Dirección por su extraordinaria gestión y dedicación en su trabajo. Gracias por hacerme la estancia muy agradable. Un saludo, Manuel y Mª Carmen

ESCAPADA OTOÑO (DESAYUNO+ACCESO SPA)

Oferta escapa otoño por 80 € de viernes a sábado. Alojamiento con desayuno y acceso spa. Todo bien, con poca gente en el spa y no mucha en el hotel. Buen desayuno, parking aire libre y wifi gratis. Habitación grande y cómoda.

Excelente ubicación cerca de la playa y el paseo de Sansenxo. Habitaciones con camas enormes y todo muy limpio. Personal muy atento. Relación calidad precio muy buena. Ya hemos ido en otras ocasiones y repetiremos.

Hotel com requinte, qualidade e preço

Fiquei extasiado pelos enormes salões, com riquissimas mobilias e pinturas. O quarto era execelente, com uma cama enorme, casa de banho muito grande com roupão e chinelos. A decoração de Natal, começando pelo presépio e terminando pela decoração e iluminação exterior com uma enorme árvore de Natal, foi dum requinte inesquecível! Valeu a pena. Bem hajam

just what you would wish for in a hotel .

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in . I would rate this nearer 5 stars then 4. The gardens was immaculate ,the pool warm , and the Christmas decorations superb . We will definitely return. Just round the corner from a really nice sandy beach . We was so thrilled to see a group of Dolphins in the sea, right near the shore.Large selection at breakfast as well. Very polite staff. We never tried the spa, maybe next time .

Aceptable pero muy mejorable

La valoración global es buena pero creo que tiene mucho que mejorar. Creo que por ejemplo, un hotel de esta categoría no debería tener alfombras en las habitaciones. El baño no tiene toalleros eléctricos, algo importante ya que es un hotel con servicio de spa y los albornoces a veces no secan de un día para otro. El mobiliario de las habitaciones necesita renovarse (armarios de puertas correderas en lugar de los armarios de toda la vida). La ropa de cama es (mantas y colchas) se ven viejas. Muebles con las esquinas dañadas.

Nice hotel. Very good value for money

We liked the hotel and area. Spa was good, massages very reasonably priced. Hotel accommodated last minute changes to our booking without penalty. Hotel had outside parking which was free. The pool area was ok, but not the sort of place you could lounge for several days. The beach was very nice though, about 100m away and not crowded. The town/beach is far busier at the weekends (we stayed mid September).
