「We stayed there for 2 night, the location is great where have a lot of bar, cafe and resturant near by. It’s not far to walk to the small town like Thira. The room is very cozy, however the jacuzzi was quite small and it was located under the cave of the terrace, which we were a bit disappointed as it doesn’t like the photo of the suite that we booked. 」

「We stayed at Kallos Imar Boutique Hotel for 3 nights in early July with my husband and son and had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were fantastic. A special thank you to Eric, Mr. Angelio, Ana, and Cidney, who were all friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is very convenient, less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. There are also a few restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and Fira is only a 10–15 minute...

「Obviously, it's an expensive housing. In return, we have high expectations. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and there was loud noise of machine in the suite. The service staff responded quickly, but this should not happen and happen hardly even in regular hotels. There was no any compensation at all. We should also have had bottled waters per person at least as many days as our stays, but we just got one or two, and were charged for additional ones.」
