We spent a week here at the end of October. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. George met us upon our arrival, got us settled in, and gave us some tips of what to do. The shower was nice and the kitchen functional. We were only missing a frying pan and George brought us one. If I had a couple of negatives the beds could have been a little more comfortable and the Wi-Fi a bit faster. George let us use the room our last day as we had an evening flight. Thanks again and if we come back to Santorini anytime soon this place would be on a short list.

Perfect place to stay in Santorini!

I stay one week in Sun Anemos with my parents. It is a 5 star home. Clean, calm and confortable. We had great time during the vacation, the breakfast under sunshine on the terrasse is the best way to start a day. George is a wonderful host, who gave us much help and advice in Santorini. By the way, he is a good cook!😚 Highly recommend Sun Anemos and I will definitely come back again! ☺️

The host is friendly and helpful and I want to like this hotel ,but the location is not convenient unless you rent a car. I planed to just take uber and walk around the island and this is not feasible as there is no road to walk. There is nothing around the hotel not even for a cup of coffee or a convenient store to buy water bottle. Every uber ride is between EUR 30 to 50 and you need to wait for 10-15 min to arrive. Some mini bus from tour company will drop you off on the side of the street because there is a steep slope and a narrow road to the hotel. We've ended up renting a car but the host advised that I apply for international licenses and buy additional insurance. I wasn't mentally planned to drive in hilly roads on a foreign country. On the plus side, there is a black sand beach 2 min walk from the hotel and not crowded at all.

Consiglio vivamente la struttura, soprattutto per l’atmosfera che si vive:, ci si sente a casa. Ioannis ed Elsa sono due persone speciali e fanno di tutto per rendere la tua vacanza meravigliosa! Ad esempio non è prevista la colazione ma loro ti portano ogni mattina qualcosa di buono per iniziare bene la giornata. Pulizia giornaliera!

Quiet comfortable stay in Oia without the crowds

Wonderful stay near the beauty of Oia but away from all the mobs of tourists. Great property, comfortable for our family of four, and the most hospitable hosts of all time! 5 minute walk to a beach, set amongst a vineyard, and 5 minute drive to the center of Oia and its restaurants, shopping and views. We had a great time and would stay there again.

This property is a jewel! It is comfortable and quiet with easy walk to the beach. A quick drive into town (Oia) with easy directions for parking and list of restaurants to try. You also have a stove to cook on along with coffee maker (pods provided), water pot, and panini press. Small refrigerator or have your breakfast of breads with cheese and butter brought to your door at time set by you! Really great hosts going out of their way for guests.

Your slice of Santorini!

Spacious, cozy, and clean place to call home on Santorini. Well located about 2km from Oía and 8km or so from Fira. Walking distance to a beach as well! Would recommend a rental car or scheduled transfer from the airport to Sun Anemos(the taxis waiting at the airport will rip you off!). The owners Giannes and Elsa we’re wonderful! Very helpful and accommodating and gave good recommendations for tours! They genuinely care about your experience!

Lovely place, would definitely visit again!

We stayed at sun anemos resort early july, we really enjoyed our stay there. Elsa and yannis were so friendly and took us into their beautiful place, they really helped us out and gave us great recommendations on the best places to go to explore and eat. The apartment itself was very spacious, well designed and very clean, all amenities were excellent. Only small suggestion is there was no full length mirror (us being girls was a priority). Other than that would definitely go back and stay at one of their places.

We loved our stay at Sun Anemos! Yiannis and Elsa are great hosts who know Santorini well, giving you tips to make your trip feel like you're a local. The location is also perfectly located 5 minutes to the cliffs of Oia - so you don't have to be in the crowd, but you're also across the street from the beach!

We stayed 9 wonderful days at the place. I could stay more. Isolated place ( as we wished for) yet 10-15 min drive to Oia or Fira. Beach 5 min walk from the house. The place is kept very clean and neat. The couple running the place very attentive to need but also left us to our privacy. All was really great.

comfortable boutique hotel for couples & families

This newly built boutique hotel is located in a quiet area 5 min. driving distance from Oia. The rooms are large, spacious and well decorated. The terrace is perfect for having meals while enjoying the relaxing Aegean breeze. The hosts are very friendly; and it is a pleasure to chat with them. A small motorised vehicle is strongly advised for getting around.
