I loved my stay at Neo Suites! Maria was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my visit. The location is excellent — within walking distance to Fira Square, restaurants, shops, and the bus station, which made it very convenient to explore anywhere on the island by bus. The place was comfortable and perfectly located. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and took the time to give us a complete overview of the island filled with recommendations for excursions and dining options. Very walkable to downtown Fira. We would definitely stay here again!

Lieu calme, personnel au top, très gentil et agréable, très proche du centre ville, après si vous voulez de l'intimité sur votre terrasse avec piscine privée,il faut choisir les chambres du dernier étage. On y retournera avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

Worst hotel EVER. You are staying in the alley. Save your money and time there are beautiful places to stay in Santorini. We checked in and checked out immediately. They would not offer refund… this place uses fake pictures online to promote as well.

Perfect base for a stay in Fira. Very clean, beautifully designed and peaceful apartments. Super helpful staff who arranged hire cars, taxis etc for us during our stay. Great breakfast with different options every day, and less than 15 mins from airport. Highly recommended
