You get what you pay for.
The room was okay, got 2 single beds and not the the double I booked, the shower was good.
room very poor, simple, no pleasant (decoration of eiffel tower for your first night in greece...)
Poor Breakfast...
But owners was very kind, helpful.
Its just a third category hotel, and when you pay directly its much cheaper and its the good price for this type of room.
ten minutes walking from center of thira, on the north.
Good swimming pool.

Cute hotel with friendly owners
This is a lovely family run hotel with friendly owners and good value. The pool is lovely and the location is good - close to the centre of Fira but far enough that it's quiet at night. Adequate rooms and I was surprisingly enough able to get wifi in the rooms, not just the common areas. Thank you Hotel Hellas!
Perfect for a one night stop in Santorini. Only complaints were that we couldn't get warm water and the beds were a bit hard, but other than that it was in a perfect location, was totally adorable, and was exactly what we needed!
Do you self a favour, just don't go there ...,,, there is no online access, the beds is awful.,... This should not be rated as a hotel

Good location, great pool, poor breakfast
Booked this hotel at last minute due to unforeseen change of travel plans. Staff very welcoming, pool is excellent, very clean and deep enough to dive into. Overall impression of hotel is an interesting array of plaster statues outside, faded pictures inside and a selection of 'Disney' type ornaments including a Father Christmas toy clinging to an indoor plant. Not a place for fans of minimalism. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable but the bathroom needed serious upgrading including a new shower curtain (stained at base edge), plastic shower head was cracked and lid on plastic toilet waste bin was broken. Although breakfast was included, it was extremely basic and poor quality - supermarket bread, weak orange squash, tepid coffee which made the price very expensive compared to other hotels that we have stayed at in Thira before. Glad we were only staying for one night.
I had hard time finding the hotel.
Information on hotels.com and google map need to be updated.
I had to ask so many people where this place is!
The address and telephone number is not correct.
The location was alright.
Not too far from the main area.
The room was a bit small. But reasonable price.
Plus it seems there are under renovation. When I visited, they were painting walls. And the swimming pool was not bad, it was clean.
Better than I expected.
The owner was really really friendly :)
It was worth staying.
The map was incorrect and the hotel was much further from the old city than advertised. Plus their phone number was incorrect so we had no way of contacting them. The shower was broken and they pool was empty. The wifi only worked in the public areas. Breakfast is white toast.

Friendly and Comfortable
We stayed at this hotel for a week in September 2014. It's a fair walk from the Fira town center - one bus stop (small village) outside of the main center towards Oia. But it was centrally located for a town that is very linear along the cliff's edge. It's family run, and there is always someone around to chat with. It has a lovely terrace (where the wifi is available) and a great pool - albeit with shabby furniture for both. We stayed at the same time as a photography workshop, and there was almost always someone to chat with when we had down time. All in all one of the friendlier and social places we stayed in our seven months in Europe. People tend to stay there for a week or so, and return every year, Decent value for the money in pricey Santorini. The views are of the back side of the island - not the caldera.

Good hotel for young people
Really good location and very good pool! Great for young people, students who dont have a lot of money

To close for a taxi?
Me and my fiancee came by ferry from Naxos and tried to call this hotel in advance but with negative result cause to wrong phonenumber on the site. When we arrived with the bus from the ferry a taxi wouldn't take us cause it was to close?! OK only some 400 meters to go, but uphill in the midday heat with our rucksacks etc.... Otherwise we got a clean room with a balcony with magnificant seaview on a kilometers distance. Our aircondition started but didn't cool the room at all. We told the lady at the hotel and she said they'd fixed it, nearly chocked it didn't work. Still no cooling when we left, but we learned she was more of a smile. Breakfast buffé was fast eaten and nothing to remember and the coffee more as coloured water. No bar at the pool but a supermarket close by. You get an ok outside town hotel for ok price if you stay here, with a pool which is important on Santorini. Walking to town takes less than 10 min. Better to turn right halfway down the hill and easily from there reach the higher sunset viewpoints in town, it's worth it =) or to walk down to town from there.
We enjoyed our two days here, spent most of our time by the pool (very nice) and the rooms were nice, and the lady was very friendly. short walk to a store, and about 5 min walk to the most beautiful scenery!!
The owner is a sweetheart. Very helpfull. The hotel was very beautifull in the brochures she gave us . Unfortunately the pics were taken awhile ago. We were just looking for more hotel services. For the price, really a great value. The location is great , but a bit on a busy street. View of the ocean from a distance.
