Last minute book and so glad we did from the get go the staff were amazing and lovely. Especially Maria and giannis they gave us a lovely welcome and made sure we could contact them if there were any issues. They gave us amazing recommendations for things to do and food! Overall AMAZING TEAM!

Was a great place for a stay walkable to everything and the staff was wonderful, the restaurant Katasboo on the property has the best food ever try the pizza , fresh everything about it ws sooo good we ate there a lot and breath taxing views

Excellent, location is good very close to town centre, staff member was great at check in , Maria, hopefully i remembered correctly, she gave great information, room was nice, comfortable bed , and hot tub type bath was great , food in the restaurant was nice , Nice experience, all staff members were great .

Lovely hotel, close to all amenities

Great check in. Lovely room with a cave hut tub (not so hot though), cave shower and two queen size beds in lovely bedrooms. Close to restaurants, bars and supermarket and not far from the airport. Would stay again when we visit Santorini.

Amazing property and excellent staff. Stavroula works at the front desk and is an amazing ambassador for Santorini. She guided our week long stay advising us on sites to visit and booking exceptional restaurants to try. Never had better service in all my travels.

This property was not only beautiful, but the staff was really amazing and went out of their way every step of the way! Being a VIP with hotels.com they not only gave us a massive upgrade, but provided us a great bottle of wine, a lovely note and sweet treats from their restaurant! They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and having a good time! They left us a note and we loved it

The ambience was great. The restaurant Katsboo's decor was lovely. I am an architect However, I left for the airport early and there was no one to receive the keys. I had to drop the keys with a colleague who was part of our party visiting Santorini

I thought this was a great place. We stayed in the cave room sea view with indoor hottub and the room was wonderful. I really enjoyed mornings on the patio which is very private and evening soaks in my indoor private pool. Lots of hot water, the bed is comfy enough and the housekeeping staff do an incredible job. There are lots of amenities provided, robes, toothbrush, water, tea coffee, slippers and shampoo. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. We originally booked for 4 nights but stayed an extra two because we just didn’t want to leave. There is a nice restaurant and two pools with great lounge beds. This hotel is on the backside of the hill in Fira but within easy walking distance of all the markets and crowds. Personally I prefer my room to be in a quiet space. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to Fira but not right in the middle of it. The a/c works and it is quite!

We spent two days in Fira. Nice and helpfull staff. Decent breakfast buffet. Compared to the other properties that are very central, wee liked that this one was a few minutes (<10 min walking) away from all santorini craziness which made it a bit more relaxing. Still therfe are 4 adjecent properties next to it so expect some noise levels. Overall, location was good and accessible to transport. Cons: 1- the pool was not necessarily teh cleanest pool. 2- the bathrooms are a tad small and also there were no hangers for towles.

Insead of what we originally reserved the room they gave us saying they "upgraded" was not clean, has bad smell, the rug by the bathroom was not clean, the balcony very dirty not dusted or cleand ever, the door to the valcony is broken. All in all a nightmare.

I am extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. I was humiliated and disrespected by staff in front of a restaurant full of people (katsaboo restaurant on hotel property) all because i was unaware of the dresscode. My partner and myself brought this to the attention of the receptionist and all she said was that she would look into it and would get back to us but never did. She just continued to deny that what I experienced was not true. My partner then continued to call and the receptionist kept giving excuses that the person was not on site when we saw them several times that day. After several calls we gave up and she never followed up or even apologized for her colleague or tried to compensate us for this. This was our first time in greece and by far the worst experience. I will never return to this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone. So disappointed

Disappointing Service Based on rate quoted

Beware of the deceptive price advertising practices of this property! Six friends booked a 4-night stay through Hotels.com at the Eugenia Suites Santorini. Our group of 4 booked a 2-bedroom suite with a hot tub during our stay. Upon arrival we were told that even though we had already paid in full for the accommodations, the room we booked was only for 2 people and an additional $640 Euros would need to be paid immediately since there were 4 of us in the suite. We were tired after almost 24 hours of travel and we agreed to pay and told the check-in person we would dispute this with the owner Geroge the next day. We had a discussion with George and he was going to contact Hotels.com to help us with these additional charges. Three days later all we got from him were multiple excuses and that we would have to call Hotels.com to dispute the charges even though the charges were made directly to his hotel. We also questioned George about the airport transfer charges. The hotels.com ad stated that the charge was 25 Euros and he charged us 50E. His comment was that the website needed to be updated. He makes excuses instead of accountability and making good on problems. The property itself is quite nice although the accommodations were not as expected. There was no door on the bathroom suite area. There was a door on the toilet room and shower. There was no way to take a shower privately if others were present in the suite. I would not return to this property.
