The view from the room is amazing!! I would note that the patio is shared with your neighbors and the rooms are a little smaller than what’s shown in the picture. But the staff is super nice and helpful. They gave us recommendations on things to do and even helped with our luggage (there’s a lot of stairs).

This property was in the perfect spot with amazing views of Skaros rock. Many restaurants nearby and only about a 15 minute walk to Fira. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only slight negative is that parts of the room are very low so if you’re taller then 6 feet you may find yourself hitting your head off a doorway but that’s not the fault of the owners. Amazing stay would recommend!

best views of sunset i would recommend any couple taking a trip to go stay here. make sure to pack light because everything is stairs no elevator or ada availability. worth it for the view

We arrived around 11 pm and it was extremely difficult to find the reception. We searched for about 45 minutes. There was nobody in the night to guide us. Finally I went down and then an ice cream shop owner gave directions to go down the steps passing a gate. Also nobody was responding to multiple phone calls. It would have been a lot easier if they had an arrow sign leading to the reception.

Breathtaking views and a great location. The Pearl Suite was very clean and comfortable, and the pool was also clean and well maintained, with good privacy thanks to the parasols. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the dining area was never too crowded. The property could benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment in a few areas, but this was not a major issue for us. The breathtaking views and cleanliness made up for it and made our stay very enjoyable. There are not too many stairs to reach the reception, but there are quite a few more (steep and narrow) to reach some of the rooms. The staff kindly helped us with our luggage at check-in, which was much appreciated. However, carrying two pieces of hold luggage up the stairs ourselves at check-out was quite tiring, so this is something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Overall, we had a lovely experience.

The room was clean but the smell is terrible ! The furniture is old but the bed mattress was fine . We liked the small refrigerator and a/c in the room. The bathroom is small and it needs more hooks . We only got set of one pool towel and one bath towel . Pool was freezing cold and safe was detached ! I would not book this hotel again!

Although the hostess was super friendly , I have to be honest , never experienced hotel like this before. Definitely overrated by expedite . First off you cannot see the hotel from the street . You have to go through the alley between the restaurants. Hike down the trail, then climb down 2 floors to get to the hotel lobby. Then depends on where you room is have to climb down 2 -3 more floors. Room was very small 8ft x 11 ft. (88 sq ft or 8 sq meters). Alot of excercise and definitely not for the handycap.
