Never book this property using Expedia. We arrived and discovered Expedia did not make the reservation at the right hotel. We spent 3 hours on the phone with expedia in the hotel lobby trying to figure out the issue and never ended up getting a resolution. We ended up having to pay twice. Do not use Expedia for Greece, period.

Horrible hotel/suites...Dont Ever book this one!!!

These guys are fraud. Don't ever book here. Its few rooms below a restaurant - no reception/front desk - mosquitos in rooms - no telephone in rooms - when you complain, they don't give a damn - no fans in the room, AC never worked

This place only have a view... the pool is cold and does not have hot water. Towel and sheets are not clean. There is no staff or reception to check in. They use a restaurant and the waiter was the ctc. The food at the restaurant is extremely over price!

Upon check in, I was walked down a path to the $475.00 Honeymoon sweet. The entrance was mediocre, the “so-called private hot tub” was available for All to view… the outdoor hot tub was GRIMY and was not cleaned. The was yellow/ brown rings around the water line from not being cleaned properly. To add to fact there was floating hairs. Also surrounding cushions were dirty and stained. Now onto the inside…upon entering the room, it was wasn’t what a $500 room should look like. Stained towels, and only 2 of them with no wash clothes. The bathroom sink was Disgusting! Black mold all the way around it inside, Yuck! Dirty glasses, the toiletries consisted of 3 shower gels and 1 shampoo. Also they were so watery, you had to use them all. The TV in the so called suite bedroom did not work, and no Wi-Fi. Also while sitting on our. Viewing area, random people would just walk down into our area for photos and viewing. No PRIVACY! The hotel staff starting harassing us about check out 1 hr prior. Don’t book here. The only thing that is good here is the view and the luggage storage. The hotel bar/ restaurant is constantly filled with hundreds of Cruise line guest and everything cost 2X than the other restaurants / Bars. The city has a great night life. Just choose another place to stay.

Booked this hotel last minute for a quick one night stay. The location and view are amazing but the dipping pool was foggy so we did not go in it. The staff at the restaurant was not very pleasant or welcoming. The room was also a bit musty smelling and Santorini town itself smells like urine, streets are dirty.

We try this hotel and is terrible, dirty, electrical hazard staff not friendly at all. There are no words to express our concern, unfortunately, Expedia did not help in this situation. When you feel unsafe for your family there has to be a way to get corrected by the hotel or even Expedia platform. Neither make any single.
