Highly recommend this property and specifically cave 7. It was incredible! The view, private pool, the walk into town via the trail and the staff! The tours were easily set up via the staff. 10/10!! We will be back!

The hotel was amazing! Great views, very nice rooms, comfortable beds, pool was large. Watch the sunset from your pool or hot tub! Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and great at communicating and ensuring all our needs were met!

We had a wonderful stay at 270 Oia’s View! The views were spectacular, our cave house suite was immaculate and very comfortable and had the best service experience out of any hotel I’ve stayed at in the past. I would highly recommend staying here as the heart of Oia is only a 15 min walk away, while the property provides privacy and comfort you wouldn’t get staying in the heart of Oia.

Wow! Wow! Wow!

This was by far the nicest place I've ever stayed. Beautiful homes with private pool and hot tub with one of the most beautiful views in the world. The service was amazing too! Includes delicious breakfast and help with renting a car, dinner reservations, and excursions. So worth it! I can't wait to go back.

Panayiota was the perfect host, the property was spotless and well equipped. She graciously upgraded our room for one with jacuzzi because it was too cool to use the pool. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge & complimentary breakfast delivered to our room every morning. She also provided lots of useful information on places to visit/ restaurants etc. Our first time visiting the Greek islands and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

What a wonderful place! Sunset view, private pool, walking distance from the amazing town of Oia. The apartment is beautifully cool even with the heat outside. Dani & Nayia looked after us so well throughout the trip - they were amazing! Everything we needed was a simple WhatsApp message away. Their local knowledge and contacts elevated our experience significantly by connecting us with the best restaurants and services. Truly exceptional!

Our stay was amaaaaazing! Everything about 270 Oia view was perfect. We stayed in the Cave pool villa. It was a dream. If we could rate 10 stars we would. This is the perfect place to stay away from the crowds, but still only a few minute walk to Oia village. Finika resturaunt was a wonderful place to eat across from the villa. Dani and Nayia made our stay so special. Impeccable service. They are amazing. We would definately stay again and highly recommend this as the place to stay when visiting Santorini!

Excellent communication from the get go. The property reached out a number of weeks in advance and asked about arrangements they could handle for us like transportation, dinning, activities, etc. They booked everything for us including a mind blowing sailing cruise we took as well as all dinner reservations at local recommendations. They keep in touch daily thought messaging on our needs and made us feel welcomed and fully supported. I honestly could not think of anything negative for feedback about the stay and we didn’t want to leave at the end.

I liked the excellent customer service provided by the manager and her staff, the swimming pool and the daily breakfast. I did not like the interior of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Too many stairs, all without handrails, extremely unsafe, especially for seniors, uneven floors, bad plumbing, etc. for the price you pay, you would expect something better.

AMAZING! Oia 270 View was a great choice. We stayed in one of the villas and we cannot say enough good things about this property. The view, the staff, the pool…fantastic!! We will definitely recommend Oia 270 View. About a 15 minute walk to the main town of Oia. Peaceful relaxation but close to the amazing restaurants and shops, We will definitely go back!!

All I can say is wow!!! The place, the location, and Dani and Nayia made this stay absolutely perfect. They were so accommodating with our early arrival and late departure. Their recommendations for restaurants were excellent. I can not say enough…just book it!!!
