「Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. 」

「The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Children playing in the hall was very disturbing since there is nothing to absorb the echoing sounds in the hallway. I think it's a fairly new property and may still be dealing with growing pains. It's a small property but that's ok. It's right on a pretty beach with clean water. That's also a plus. You would think that by adding the number of people staying per room, this would indicate how much toiletries to put in each room (towels, toothbrushes, etc.).
