「Hotel nothing like advertised . .no castle front just boring glass. No shop, no information board, staff no knowledge of local area, pushed their own taxi at10 dollars (approx 530 peso) to cathedral, uber was 97 peso. Restaurant staff reluctant to refill breakfast favourites, other meals pleasant but overpriced. There is nothing in this area for holiday makers, an hour walk to the colonial area, local beach and surrounds filthy.」

「The rooms and the property are really pretty mediocre. Marriott and Aloft are connected, rooms must be pretty similar. Staff are friendly. Place seems more suited as a local convention center. Restaurants with 0 ambience. Bizarre, sterile rooms without any decoration. Feels like it was built in a hurry in 2 weeks by a Punta Cana construction company. Building is too high for this country; not sure if I would want to be inside if there were an earthquake.... I have also stayed in Courtyard Naco...

「I had to change room twice with a hot water problem, then the order room had no water at all from the night when I get to the room until I left the next day at check out. The hotel was nasty and rusty. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Unless you must sleep somewhere for the next day. Everything is old and disgusting. It’s not worth any money. 」

「The apartment has three bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom, plus one half bath. It includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, washer, and dryer. Everything was neat, clean, and well maintained. There are two to three comfortable sofas in the apartment, and the space is large enough to accommodate 10–12 people easily.
