「This was our fourth stay at the Fiesta and any time we are in the “heart of Santo Domingo” this is THE place for us to stay. We love the staff, the rooms are very nice, especially if you get the renovated floors (the unrenovated feel like the late 1990’s although they are clean and the beds are definitely new). The included breakfast is delicious, pool area is really nice and the location to important sites is as good as it can be for Santo Domingo traffic. This hotel does an EXCELLENT job of...

「The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room were not the cleanest. The checkin procedure was only communicated to me in the morning of the checkin date while I was flying. My family that came with car had no knowledge of this and could not gain access.」

「I would stay here again I did see two roaches here I did use the Turkish bath on the 10 th floor the breakfast is just juice and a sandwich」

「There was no hot water option in the shower or sink house cleaning was extra and towels were not regularly available had to ask for new ones and they didn’t want to give me more then one at a time 」

「Do not stay here. They don’t tell you there old a high rise going in next door. The noise was so loud I couldn’t hear my phone. Last night they worked all night. I haven’t slept and traveling 9 hours. Additionally units have not been maintained. Gross towels, dirty couch, no paper towels or soap for a 9 night stay」
