Nice place to stay at. It is not a very up-scale town so I cannot give a 5 star review however for the property itself its one of the best in the city.

PÉSSIMO CUSTO BENEFÍCIO - PESQUISEM HÁ MELHORES

Tive uma experiência muito ruim nesta pousada em Santo Amaro. Logo no check-in, a dona comentou que não via a hora de acabar a temporada porque estava cansada, o que já demonstra falta de preparo para receber os hóspedes. Além disso, cobrou a conta do bar com valor a mais e só depois corrigiu. Outro ponto inaceitável: saí para jantar e, devido ao calor, deixei o ar-condicionado ligado. A proprietária entrou no chalé sem minha permissão e desligou o aparelho. Total invasão de privacidade. Os passeios oferecidos na pousada custam praticamente o dobro do valor praticado pelas agências locais. A estrutura também deixa muito a desejar: camas desconfortáveis, lençóis de péssima qualidade e chuveiro extremamente fraco. Pesquisando, percebi que existem diversas pousadas na região com atendimento muito melhor e custo-benefício muito superior. Não recomendo esta hospedagem.

Tudo mais que perfeito!

Nossa experiência no Chalé Muruci em Santo Amaro/MA foi simplesmente sensacional! Desde a chegada, fomos muito bem recebidos. Chegamos antes do horário previsto para o check-in por conta de um passeio, e prontamente liberaram o quarto para nós, o que fez toda a diferença no nosso dia. O chalé é super confortável, bem decorado e extremamente limpo. O quarto onde ficamos tinha duas portas de acesso, o que facilitou muito o nosso deslocamento para a área interna. O frigobar estava completo e muito bem abastecido. Outro ponto que merece destaque foi o cuidado e a atenção da proprietária. Ela percebeu que o pneu do nosso carro estava com a calibragem baixa e, sem que precisássemos pedir, se prontificou a resolver a situação, solicitando que um funcionário fizesse a calibragem para nós. Além disso, ela mesma se ofereceu para providenciar a lavagem do carro, o que foi um cuidado extra que nos surpreendeu. O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade, itens frescos e ambiente muito agradável. Sem dúvida, recomendo o Chalé Muruci para quem busca conforto, atenção e um serviço de qualidade em Santo Amaro.

Pousada com ótima estrutura

A pousada fica a margem do rio alegre. Tem ótima localização e estrutura. Com muito verde e bons serviços de bar e restaurante. Entretanto, o café da manhã deixou a desejar. Faltou bolos e sucos típicos da região, A tapioca estava dura. Faltou mais opções de doces e salgados.

Muito boa opção em Santo Amaro

O Chalé Murici é um pequeno hotel charmoso. próximo ao parque dos lençóis maranhense e uma boa opção de estadia, ja que eles também tem uma agencia própria de passeios e visitações. O quarto é amplo, com uma pequena sacada com varal para estender roupas molhadas, banheiro grande, camas e tv boas. Tem um bar e restaurante com preços justos e comida gostosa. Café da manhã bom. Fui atendido muito bem em todos os quesitos. A internet precisa melhorar, porém esse pode ser um problema de operadoras e não exatamente do hotel.
