「They said my reservation was false even though it was made on Expedia and I had confirmation code. I was referred to another nearby hotel by hotel staff. Instead of just admitting they gave away a reserved room to another customer.」

「El hotel bien pero la manager se enojó con nosotros porque no quería que lo rentáramos con expedía porque era mucho más económico y no nos quiso dar la habitación que Expedia nos dio y por enojo nos dio la habitación con camas individuales pero de resto los demás, nos atendieron bien.」

「Limpieza ok, la habitacion en mezanina, incomodo para subir equipaje. La clave del wifi no es publica. No pude ir a caminar 7 am porque las puertas estan cerradas.」

「Nos hospedamos allí con frecuencia. El personal es muy amable. Recientemente mejoraron el desayuno, es sencillo pero completo (fruta, bebida, sopa/sandwich/arepa). Tiene una ubicación cómoda para moverse en el centro a pocas cuadras de las calles más comerciales y el centro comercial Ventura plaza. Las habitaciones suelen estar limpias. Sin embargo, la última en la que nos hospedamos olía un poco a humedad. 」

「The room was enormous, excellent king bed. Great pillows. AC and shower were great. Top notch food at the rooftop restaurant. Excellent selection for the included breakfast and a great dinner menu. Very reasonable prices on the menu. All the staff were excellent, very curations and professional. Definitely would highly recommend.」

「我把备用手机落在酒店了，到了机场才想起来。一路提心吊胆怕语言不通酒店不认账。返回酒店后，前台一听手机掉了就问我房间号，确认后马上跟我说手机捡到了给我保管着的，等着我回来拿。两三分钟后就还给我了。没想到在库库塔这么穷的地方，酒店管理还这么好，非常不容易，深表感谢！ 但是也必须指出以下问题：1. 我订的双床房，结果给了我大床房（我忘了问了，住下了才想起来）；2. 酒店的浴巾确实有点儿脏；3. 确实不隔音。 」
