「酒店環境不錯，泳池祇供房客使用，因泳池不大，過瀘系統出來水質不太好，因我在早上開池就用上，水太混濁不清。向泳池客房會太大噪音，早餐比其他酒店很不錯，但餐廳枱上供客人使用配置不足，例如調味用品不是每張枱上都有。這次入住我早在2月尾已訂好豪華房，但入住時沒有大床給我，要兩日后才說有大床房給我，但第三日因太夜回酒店，第四日早餐后跟酒店要回大床房，但告知我祇有1晚可用，明天要搬回2張的房，因那房要有客人訂了，那我早在2月前訂的為什麼沒給我，真不知是什麼服務。到最後是提供了一間普通客房給我，算了我不跟他們計，不想影響心情。大堂服務員要多加培訓。」

「The staff were very professional, friendly, respectful and kind, that made my stay a lot better because of them. I don't like how the set up of the shower, the water is not warm its more on the cold side.Even though the room look so clean but there were many little red ants and big black ants, it didn't make sense. The food was okay, they give 3 choices but the third one is not available so i end up eating the same breakfast tell the last day of my stayed. Thank you Staff!!!」

「The pictures posted at Hotels.com is totally different from the real or actual picture of the resort. The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort. We can’t cancel our stay, we just left and get a new hotel to stay. Club Tara should not be operated and should be reported to Tourism or city because it’s really unsafe. Hopefully I...

「At front desk they didn’t seem to know how to get my reservation I made with Hotels.com. And they asked the supervisor and eventually they gave me an answer that they no longer do business with Hotels.com. But they are willing to let me stay if I pay again for registration!! No plans to clear up why the reservation I made with a confirmation # wasn’t able to be found. Then finally the supervisor says they only deal with Agoda now!! Hotels.com didn’t take the hotel off of the website so...
