Kitchen was no bigger than a toilet cubicle and bigger than second bathroom Not easy to communicate and it’s a hotel inside another hotel so very confusing. We needed more toilet and they were reluctant to give us an extra roll.

Desde el check in fue muy negativo, a pesar de saber que ya estabamos en el parqueo, no nos esperaron para asignar el departamento, nos hicieron esperar, luego un registro en una oficina. Eran las 12 de la noche estabamos cansados y con niños. Ya en la unidad debe tenerse en cuenta que esta muy vieja, los cuartos (a excepcion del matrimonial) diminutos y apretados. Los baños super incomidos en uno no se podia usar la ducha pues no habia como suspender la salida de agua del grifo bajo. Los pisos danados, la cama incomoda. Esta tan mal concebido que si quieres usar el microndas debes desconectar el router de wifi. Ni hablar de la zona es horrible y parece peligrosa. La relacion calidad precio no vale la pena,hay varios lugares mejores por precios similares

SUPER INDICO!!!

A localização é ótima, a Vr suite é tipo uma agência que fica no térreo (não é o nome do hotel, o hotel é gran Santiago edificio) a localização é perfeita, próxima de estação, de shopping, um mercado de frente praticamente, tudo na palma da mão, as agências de passeio buscam lá, foi simplesmente maravilhoso!!! A atendente do Vrsuite que registrou nossos documentos foi super atenciosa e educada, só tenho agradecer e sempre que houver oportunidade indicá-los!!! Nos apartamentos tem cozinha e banheiro completinho, tem smart TV e Wi-Fi. O check in é disponível 24 horas. Nossa melhor escolha, o custo benefício ótimo também!

Recepción muy poco funcional. Trato de agentes de seguridad y recepción (front desk) muy antipáticos y poco resolutivos. Poca comunicación entre propiedad y comunidad. Material de cocina en mal estado. Vistas horribles y poca discreción. Lo único bueno la ubicación.

O quarto e bem amplo, o atendimento também, porém é um prédio muito grande e com muitos andares pra um só elevador e isso dificulta muito a subida e a descida pela quantidade de gente utilizando o mesmo elevador! Causa mts transtornos. Fora isso é um hotel bem agradável.

Excelente localização, conforto mediano.

A localização merece destaque pois é perto de todos os pontos turísticos do centro e a duas quadras do metrô. O apartamento 218-c que ficamos é simples e funcional, porém senti muita falta de uma limpeza pesada no banheiro e cozinha. Possui geladeira, microondas e fogao eletrico que dá pra resolver quando não quiser comer em restaurante. Só foi feita uma troca de toalhas durante os 7 dias que ficamos (eu, esposa e dois filhos). A recepção e o escritório de administração atendem bem. Não há aquecimento (calefação) central e ficamos por conta de dois aquecedores portáteis que são insuficientes em noites mais frias, mas não chegou a ser um problema maior. A relação custo x benefício é satisfatória.

Well priced easy self catering

Great central location, basic amenities which met our needs perfectly. Staff super helpful. Good choice for tfr price I would stay here again Spacious room, kitchen adequate for the basis and heaps of sunshine allowed for easy laundry drying

The email confirmation we received stated "separate dining area, kitchenette with microwave and dishwasher, day bed, double sofa bed'.. The small room we were given had a kitchenette and fridge but none of other described amenities. And we had called at least a month before to make sure we could get late checkout, as our flight was not until late at night. But when the time came we were not allowed to make a partial payment in order to stay until six p.m., despite the assurances received weeks before. Our room had no air conditioning, so the noise level from the busy city streets below made it difficult to sleep. Our building was many stories high, and there was often a long wait for the small elevators. The VR Suites seemed to be more of a transient residence hotel than a tourist hotel. We encountered whole families in the small elevators, as well as teenagers with bikes, moms with little babies, etc. On the positive side, most of the staff we dealt with were extremely kind and helpful.

Fue realmente pésimo. Horrible. Feo, sucio, no había agua para tomar en la habitación, la agua del caño apestaba, el anuncio indicaba que tenían TV 42 LCD, ... no tenia. Era una 14¨ antigua que no permita conexión a cables. El wifi no funcionaba. Para registrarse es a partir de las 0945hs am, ...!!! No tiene como registrar antes, así que tienes que organizar tu agenda pensando en la disponibilidad del local. Bueno, no recomendó para nada. Ya me quede en varios departamentos suites en Santiago y todos agradables o buenos, que al menos cumplían con lo que indicaban en el anuncio pero este.... nada. Gracias
