Nice apartment..receorion didnt speak English but we managed to get by ..at the time in Santiago there was political protests happening and the area was a little unsafe but apartment perfect and swimming pool lovely

Probably one of the cleanest apartments I've seen, it was spotless. Fast and efficient check in, the key was at the front desk with instruction on how to arrange payment. The apartment is pretty bare but functional. The biggest drawback is the noise: there's a major construction site right in front of the building and from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., it's so noisy that you can't even have a conversation in the apartment. Old buildings are being demolished and a new tower is underway, so it's likely to last months. Something to keep in mind... the place is okay for a day or two but it's hard to rest and relax. The property owner was very defensive when I mentioned the noise--I understand it's not her fault (and I wasn't blaming her!) but it's a major issue.

I already paid in advance accommodation fee of ¥8858. They ask me 19%tax. I gave them my copy of documents and card number, then deduct US$ 63.64 of total amount without telling how much before, which supposed to be only tax. Can I expect Expedia to return the amount you already deducted from my bank account through credit company? Tell me how this situation will be settled. Ian

接近市中心的公寓

這是在高層大廈內的一些住宅單位，內有煮食設施。行15分鐘左右到主要景點如武器廣場等，附近有超市。管理處領取鎖匙信封，外國人需要把護照頁whatsapp給管理人員才可以豁免稅。由於我們的單位在高層，景觀不錯。可是附近有社區會堂，經常有人表演唱歌，直至晚上才完。單位經常有小蟲飛入。總體來說還可以。

Never again! They tried to charge us for parking for two days when we were only there for one night, not to mention that nothing on their site even mentioned a charge for parking. The room was just marginally clean, like when one of my teenagers "cleans" his room! The towels were threadbare and stained, and it appeared the sheets were either badly stained or had not been washed and changed in a while. The mattress was old and very lumpy, so we didn't get a good night's rest. The final straw was when we were told we would be visited by someone from the "internal revenue service" at 9 am, so I needed to be ready to prove I'm an American and therefore exempt from the nearly 20% hotel tax, even though I used Expedia to book the room, my American credit card to pay for the room (i. e., I paid in US dollars, not Chilean pesos!), and I also showed my passport and immigration paper upon arrival!

La ubicación, internet y canales de cable estuvieron bien; sin embargo el aseo/limpieza no fue bueno, puesto que recibimos el dpto mal oliente, paredes sucias, baño sucio, por lo que tuvimos que decirle a la persona de limpieza que vuelva a hacerlo. En 9 días de estadía, limpiaron y cambiaron las toallas y sábanas 1 vez; pese a que dijeron que el aseo se realizaba cada 2 días. El colchón de la cama estaba desgastado al igual que las sábanas y edredones/frazadas.

Great apartment, great value

The apartment is nice and has all the facilities you would expect for a serviced apartment. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, a good size and very clean and I was provided with clean towels on the day of arrival and after 2 days, an u expected and nice touch. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my time in the apartment. The internet wasnt functioning for the first half day but after that it was reliable and extremely fast! Great value for money and I would certainly stay again

The whole place is excellent and perfect if you want a sense of 'your own place' right in the heart of the city. Help is right there if you need it from all the very helpful and friendly reception staff, who are not 'there for the accommodation' but rather for managing the whole building/residents/etc. All the residents were very friendly in the typical Chilean way too. The accommodation had the perfectly equipped kitchen and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooftop terrace views and set up for lovely dinners (cooked ourselves but taken up the one flight of stairs) was an incredible bonus even without it being pool season yet. Highly recommend this place and will use it again for sure.
